King's Quest Collection on sale at Steam today

Hey, I saw that this was on sale but saw that there were diff releases of the KQ games...  What do you think of the one that was released on Steam?  Think it's worth the $10 or should I just wait it out for another version?

The Steam versions are the bare game with a badly configured DOSBox setup. Just like the retail box versions put out by Vivendi Universal a few years back. The older Sierra sets had a bunch more goodies included.

That's what I suspected... the Wiki page for the releases made the Steam version sound pretty lackluster.  I'll wait for another version another time.  Thanks!
