Fear Effect. (Yes, I know it already is, but it's not the same.  Even the remake there is no details if it's a true remaster or a re-imagining with Sedna gameplay)
Punisher. (Personally, I'd love to see more Volition Punisher)
Red Faction.
Puzzle League.  (I'd do with any Puzzle League game, but I would love another franchise based entry Tetris Attack, Pokemon, etc.  Personally I'd love to see a Smash Bros Puzzle League a la Puzzle Fighter)

I can think of dozens of series that I believe could make a return but if I needed to pick up only one, it would be Alex Kidd.
When I was a kid myself, Alex Kidd in Miracle World used to be my favorite game by far, so it is definitely the dead franchise that I love the most.
