Agree with all of these, and would add Bravely Default!

I have a soft spot for Loom. I actually played through the Turbografx-CD version many years ago and it was great. It may be a touch short, but challenging and totally beatable without a walkthrough.

Video Game Auction Watch / Re: Massive collection 4 sale

Wouldn't it make more sense to break the collection up by system? I know he's trying to increase the "Ooooh, aaaah" effect but honestly he's relying on finding some millionaire to want all this stuff. Unless he's being only half-serious and testing the waters.

I'm betting it won't sell for that price, but that dozens of people are going to contact him behind the scenes to try to make a bargain.

Site Feedback / Re: Do we really need a Clothing Catagory?
« on: December 07, 2014, 04:43:38 pm »
I'm new here, but part of the reason I signed up is because I really like how comprehensive the categories are. To me, the "clutter" problem is solved by the advanced search. There are plenty of other websites that handle the video game side of things; I feel that the extra categories and the wiki-style feel of being able to contribute just about anywhere makes this place special, even if erroneous entries can be a hassle once in a while.

The only thing I've found lacking so far is the ability to organize my wish list by priority, and the ability to expand listings per page to 50/100. If you have a large wish list, it's very difficult for people to muddle through it.

EDIT: Thanks for the warm welcome, Disgaeniac!

Video Game Database Discussion / Prima Tomb Raider 1 guides
« on: December 07, 2014, 01:46:31 am »
This is what I get for trying to use my brain at 1:30 in the morning. I assume we separate strategy guide cover variants? If so, I goofed when modifying Prima's Tomb Raider guide. I didn't realize that my cover looks a tiny bit different and therefore should have gotten a new listing. When something like this happens, what route gives the admins less hassle - immediately sending another edit, or just waiting for the added info to be approved and going from there to avoid confusion?

Thanks; I should go to bed now. ><

Unless it works with PS 1,2,3,4 I'm still not interested. :P
Same here. But congrats to those who are nabbing one!

Classic Video Games / Re: Was E.T really that bad?

Another vote for no. I beat the game regularly when I was around nine years old. The holes didn't bother me; I liked the challenge, actually.

EDIT: Thanks for the warm welcome, guys!
