Title: Images not showing

Hi there,

I've uploaded several images for multiple games which were approved shortly after, but for some reason the images are not showing in their profiles. Did something go wrong and should I try and re-upload them or does it take some time before the images actually show up?

We were having some issues with box art uploads the past few days. I remember approving several of those images.

I hate to ask, but could you reupload them? Sorry. :(

Posted up back case art images for Alien Hominid on PS2 http://vgcollect.com/item/1399 and Final Fantasy XI HHD Bundle http://vgcollect.com/item/7890 and neither have shown up. I checked the admin approvals section and the edit's not even making an entry for me to approve/ reject.

Hey guys,

Just a heads up, I figured you guys are busy with maintenance and updates.

However, I updated some box art images for some newer titles that were just released, they were approved in my notifications but the new images are not showing up.

Here are the titles:

Thief PS4 [NA] (updated from rating RP to M)

I thought maybe it was a cache issue. But since I've never looked at those pages, and the RP box art is still there for me to see, then it must have been an error. Can you try resubmitting them?

Alrighty, thanks for looking into it. Re-submitted the updated cover for Thief PS4 [NA]

Tales of Symphonia Chronicles has been updated already, someone uploaded the correct art again so that is settled already  ;D

I found a workaround!

Okay, so apparently the images don't get replaced because the older images are stubborn and don't get deleted by the system when the new image is approved. But if you delete the older image -before- approving the newer one, it works.

So drop us a note if you submit an item and it isn't updated. :)
