NES: StarTropics & Zoda's Revenge: StarTropics 2
SNES: Doom, Super Noah's Ark 3D & Super Star Wars
PlayStation: Herc's Adventures
PlayStation 2: Devil May Cry - 5th Anniversary Collection (DMC 3 is still sealed but I'll probably open it to play it)

started the month off strong: picked up lost dimension and final fantasy xiii for the PS3
lost dimension was an impulse buy, but it's CIB and $15... just saw i can flip it if i hate it, but it's atlus, and i usually adore atlus properties. super happy to find this, because atlus titles have a way of ageing their way into expensive as shit.

Just nabbed myself a copy of CUBIVORE for Gamecube! 140$ for CIB MINT. Good way to start off the new month!

...this makes me really sad that cubivore has gotten this expensive.
it's a game i always wanted to play as a kid, but never, ever could find in stores. ever. i searched every gamestop all the time for this game, and never found it.
seeing this price point, i guess it's my time to write it off. i'm NOT paying $140 for that game. and i require my shit be in mint condition. fml.

Got some stuff in the mail yesterday

Ori and The Blind Forest Definitive Edition (X1)
Irritating Stick (PS1) Sealed
Clock Tower 3 (PS2)

and picked up Dante's Inferno for the PS3.

It's so weird.  The pawn shop wanted $4 for Dante's Inferno, which seems to sell for $10 at Gamestop and other places.  But Aeon Flux for PS2 they wanted $8, which sells for about $7.  Normally, the pawnbrokers see PS2 and Xbox and say $1-2, but this lady always wants $7 for this game.  Whatever, just saw it online for $3.60 shipped, so I bought it.  Seller cancelled the transaction because he didn't want to sell it that low.

PlayStation 2: Devil May Cry - 5th Anniversary Collection (DMC 3 is still sealed but I'll probably open it to play it)

But why ? I don't pretend to tell you what to do with your games but you can purchase a Digital version of this one or maybe just buy an used disk, I might not be a passionate collector as the rest of the users but for this one and since this one is my favorite title from the franchise I would suggest not to open the new one or if you are going to do it at least take video of it  ;)

Just got four mac (OS 9 and earlier) in the mail. It was an eBay lot. I mainly got it for the LucasArts game full throttle. It was factory sealed even. It also came with Sim City 2000, steel soldiers, and a Texas Hold 'em game. But yeah, mainly for Full Throttle and Sim City. I'm happy with $27 for it.

Offer up has been ridiculous for me lately.   I recommend anyone looking for good deals in their area and if they haven't checked this site, I'd give it a shot.  Lot of people on there that price with eBay and beyond but also a lot of people who practically give it away.

Just got a ridiculous Pokemon find today.  Originally someone had claimed all the game boy stuff but they never got back to the seller so I got all this:

Nintendo DS + 2 game boy sp w/ chargers

Pokemon Soul Silver w/ case and manual (no poke walker)

Pokemon Diamond CIB

Pokemon White 2 CIB

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days CIB

Pokemon Emerald loose

Pokemon Fire Red Loose

Pokemon Leaf Green loose

Super Mario Advance 2 loose

Almost felt criminal.  They have definitely seen better days but a little cleaning of the contacts and they will be good.

Strategy guides for white and diamond

All for $160

Great haul today!
I forgot how good the Prinny games are, so I went and bought the Limited Edition of the first game and a copy of the second game, spent about $30, hopefully they come as described.

I have 2 and I still don't know what to do with the second one.  Install half of my games on each system so that I don't need to pussy foot around with data management?

I've wanted to pick up a CPS2 cabinet for a while.  I'm just scared to death of that battery.  I'm afraid I'll fry the whole thing.

lol, you could always collect a Phoenix'ed board, if the battery is an issue to you :P
To be honest, it's not that big of a deal. They'll easily last +10 years or so, and within the last few years, people have learned how to revive dead boards, if it should ever occur.

I did some reinventorying, added my TI-99 games, some missing games for intellivision, genesis, etc.

Didn't go hunting this weekend... but I got good mail.

Prinny Can I really be the hero collector's Edition
Michael Jackson's Moonwalker CIB (Gen)
Indiana jones and the staff of kings (ps2)
Ephemeral Fantasia (ps2)
American McGee's Scrapland (xbox)

and I did pick up
True Crime: New York City (PS2)
Mario & Sonic at the Olympics (Wii)

Anybody have a copy of Scrapland?  Can you confirm whether or not it came in a 360 like case or an xbox case.  The xbox cases are traditionally that solid textured green, 360 cases are the semi-transparent smooth green cases.  This one came in a semi-transparent textured case.

maximo310, nice GC pickups! I don't have many games for that system, but I'm always looking out to get more. It's got a fun library.

necrosexual, more than likely, my bf will play it first but I'll let you know what he thinks and what my impressions will be from watching him. I haven't seen anyone else play it yet, so it'll be a fresh experience.

Updated:So I went to the other town with the other store and it was a bust. One their ac was broken so it was a nice humid 100 degrees in their shop. Two their prices were a joke. I understand pricing your rare games but pricing them not to sell is insane I'd never pull that crap in my comic shop. I did pick up 3 games while I was there for a whole 5 mins. (So hot!)

Sega Genesis:
Eternal Champions (in box)

Sega Dreamcast:
4x4 Evolution

PSP:
God of War Chains of Olympus

I would like to go when it's cooler and maybe get a better grasp of their inventory when I'm not roasting.

Found something over the weekend that will make gf78 drool...

http://vgcollect.com/item/56966

Found that CIB at a place for only $6.  ;D I snagged that but had to leave behind a slew of other CIB Big Box SW games due to lack of funds.  :(

I have a picture of the boxes on my phone but I can't find the cord to upload it to my PC. The games that got left behind included...

Rogue Squadron 3D
Dark Forces
Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith
X-Wing Alliance
X-Wing Collector Series
X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter
X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter: Balance of Power
Rebellion
Rebel Assault

I'm sure if I'm ever in the area again they'll be gone.  :-[

maximo310, nice GC pickups! I don't have many games for that system, but I'm always looking out to get more. It's got a fun library.
Thanks, it's one of my favorite systems of all time. You do have to hunt quite a bit to get good deals nowadays, but the exclusives on the GC, and the og xbox as well, are pretty fun and unique for their time.

Just to get back to folks curious about No Man's Sky, I only got to watch maybe like 30 minutes of my bf's playthrough before I had to get some sleep.

From the very first early impressions:
- UI for inventory and such looks waaay too similar to Destiny, in my opinion. Destiny's UI bothers in the fact that it looks like it would work way better with a mouse rather than analog sticks. They have you choose options and item boxes with a little circular cursor and your analog stick, and I find that to be way slower than just having it automatically select an option and you click left/right/up/down to choose something.
- The exploration and multi-tool reminds me of Starbound. Feels like a first-person Starbound in that way, without the digging (unless there's digging later).
- Game crashed for the BF at the first savepoint, so he had to start over pretty much.
- I had already been asleep at this point, but it sounds like his journey had to end because he arrived on a second space station, but he was unable to travel beyond that because he had run out of fuel and had no means of acquiring more (as far as he knew). I guess if all the planets are procedurally generated, it's not completely impossible for you to land in an area where you're basically trapped because you don't have the tools to deal with the new location. Maybe there was a way to get out of there or maybe there wasn't. Since it was his first jab at the game, I think he say's he's going to have to scrap that playthrough.
- The game is beautiful, though, and he said he was happy to just wonder around one planet for a while looking for new things and figuring out what everything meant.

In the end, I'll have to give it a go myself. Looks good, but also looks so much like Destiny, it bothers me. I haven't even played Destiny, but I guess I don't feel a connection with those aesthetics.

interesting. i'm not surprised the game is having a hard time running... small team and all.
i'm still sorely tempted to go out and buy it tomorrow and take up my manager's offer to download the patch at work, but i've come down with a serious case of food poisoning... probably shouldn't spread into the workplace ;I
the only thing i'm interested in is the exploration factor... i can deal with everything else. but that fuel issue seems rather... cumbersome? if you just want a chill game, doing that kind of micromanaging seems almost counterintuitive to what i was 'expecting', i suppose.

Oh no! I hope you feel better soon!

He played more today and enjoyed it quite a bit. Got a better idea of how to manage his fuel and hasn't had any trouble really. It looks like a good game for just exploring and wandering around, and the environments are huge. Not too much micromanaging when I watched him tonight. I'm tempted to try it out for myself tomorrow night...

Morrowind
X-men Legends

-got the above bundle for 25, decent deal!

Decent start so far, a bit xbox heavy but good games all around. I still need a damn gamecube, but all these great games keep popping up :(

Got my 8bitdo Snes retro receiver.

I think I bought this because of the broken english on the website, it made it sound like it would work like a multi-tap (which I didn't think was too weird because I've seen plenty of bluetooth dongles that allow for multiple devices to be connected).  It doesn't.  So if I play 2 player with anyone who also wants a wireless controller, I'll have to buy additional receivers.  Oh well.  As it is, I usually find these things have so much lag you might as well just use a wired controller, so I'll wait and see before I decide to buy more.

Sorry for the late pick up report from last weekend, I was just so busy with other things.
But it was a decent weekend, even found a $60 NES game for $5.   ;D

First the store / online buys...

A bunch more Disney Infinity figures and sets clearanced out at cheap prices.

PS4
- Breach & Clear: Dead Line

Vita
- Soldier X2
- Shiren the Wanderer - Eternal Wanderer Edition

PS2
Saw this at a thrift store for $3
- The Adventures of Cookies & Cream

SNES
Found this as a used bookstore CIB for $2.
- Jack Nicklaus Golf

PCE
Sold some of extras and bought a system I've been wanting for a long time. It even came with 3 games.
- PC Engine Duo RX
- Dungeon Explorer
- Sotsugyou 2: Neo Generation
- Super Real Mahjong P IV Custom

And now the garage sales.

One of the sales advertised on craigslist "Video games" and showed a picture and I could see N64 controllers on a table so I stopped there and see like 50 people standing around out front. I'm thinking WTF.... I find out its an Estate Sale and the owners where taking names and only letting in 5 people at a time and not letting in the next 5 people til all 5 of the last group left. I look at the long list of names and think screw this I'll be waiting here for hours. lol

Hit two different sales that the lady said "come back tomorrow, I have a bunch of old Nintendo stuff" and both I get the same answer when I come back the next day "sorry my husband or son wont sell anything."  :(

3DS
- Samurai Warriors Chronicles ($2)
- Rise of the Guardians ($1)

XB360
Found a bunch of random XB360 games for various sales.
- FIFA Soccer 11 ($1)
- FIFA Soccer 13 ($1)
- Winter Stars (Sealed $1)
- Civilization Revolution ($1)
- WWE All-Stars ($1)
- Rock Band Metal Track Pack ($1)
- The Orange Box ($2)
- Wheel of Fortune (sealed $2)
- Fairytale Fights (sealed $2)

Wii
- Avatar the Last Airbender: The Burning Earth ($1)
- Disney My Fairytale Adventure ($1)
- Chicken Shot (sealed $1)
- Sims 3 ($2)
- Big Beach Sports ($1)
- Heavenly Guardian (sealed $2)

PSP
Find a case with a PSP AC Adapter and a Madden game inside a Gran Turismo case for $1.

NDS
- Mario Kart DS ($2.50)
- Titanic Mystery ($2)
- Monster High: 13 Wishes ($1)
- Lego Battles Ninjago ($1)
- Fossil Fighters ($1)
- Mario Kart DS ($1)
- New Super Mario Bros. ($1)

PS2
I ask about video games and the guy said he had a ton of stuff but he didn't want to sell anything. I ask you sure there's nothing you don't play you want to get rid of? and he goes to check. He brings out a few PS2 games and some light guns.
I only see 2 games worth getting and ask a price. at first he says $20 but I get him to take $10.
- Time Crisis 3 (with gun)
- Time Crisis: Crisis Zone (with gun)

GBA
Find this one GBA game in a baggie for $2.
- Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning

GC/N64/NES
I stop at a random sale late in the day and see 3 N64 games for $1 just sitting on the table, I grab them and then see two GC games for $1, I ask if they had anything else and the guy goes to look and brings out a NES with 2 controllers but missing the adapter and no games. We agree on $10 for the system and as I look at the GC games I open one and get a surprise.  ;)
N64
- Scooby-Doo! Classic Creep Capers
- Army Men: Sarge's Heroes
- Pokemon Snap
GC
- WWF Day of Reckoning
- Power Rangers Dino Thunder (but inside was Super Smash Bros. Melee)   ;D

SNES
At a random sale I ask about video games and the lady said she had an old Nintendo, She goes in and comes out empty handed and tells me she couldn't find the system or games just some empty boxes. I ask he if I could see the boxes. She looks at me funny and goes to get them and brings out a Pac-Man 2 box and a stack of SNES manuals. I ask what she wanted for them and she just gives them to me for free.  ;D

NES
At a random sale I see some NES games just sitting on the table for $2 each. I get all 3 for $5.
- Super Mario Bros. / Duck Hunt (with manual)
- Excitebike
- Skate or Die

NES
After being out many hours I hit a sale and see a NES covered up by a towel as I walk up the driveway. I pull the towel off and see a price of $200!!!  :o For a loose NES with 2 controllers and the light gun. (ya i'll pass) I also see a Colecovision in really rough shape, they tell me to make an offer. Then I see a stack of NES games and they are priced at $5 each. I see a bunch of scraps but see a few games worth it, then I see one that made it worth the buy.  ;)
- Willow
- Snake Rattle and Roll
- Bionic Commando
- Ninja Gaiden III  ;D ;D ;D

Oh man nice collection! I'm all giddy thinking about getting my ps2 library to that size. It'll get there.

Speaking of; picked up Ace Combat 4(yuss) + 5, Onimusha: Warlords, Soul Calibur III (label upgrade), and Halo 1 yesterday at a local electronics store I frequent. They were all in surprisingly nice condition for this store (it's basically a pawn shop). Onimusha: Warlords looks almost brand new.

i gave my brother my genesis... which i found in a ditch one day, but it worked flawlessly. the NES that was alongside it had a broken 72-pin connector, which i replaced.
i'm extremely upset that i did that... we no longer keep contact. genesis consoles have shot up in cost, too. and i had a complete copy of xmen 2... which he also has. i like the genesis a lot (that music chip is magic tho) but i'll likely never get another because the cost is just fucking ridiculous.

maybe one day i'll find another ditch-haul. i mean, i DID get a 48" tv the same way... with stand... and remote... works pretty much flawlessly, as well, it's my HDTV. maybe one day i'll get lucky again. i guess i can keep fingers crossed. >.>;;
(i have found stuff in dumpsters at apartment complexes at the end of the month too
no shame)

Yeah the genesis was a pretty bittersweet victory after what happened with the xbox discs earlier today. I originally had gotten a genesis to use alongside my Sega CD that I acquired from another vgcollect member, but had to return that genesis along with others because they wouldn't boot and I didn't want to pay the high online prices for the system.

I've already noticed that some of the stuff I want on the system ( like Truxton) has jumped considerably in price, so I know I won't be trying to get some of my wants anytime soon. I'm hoping that some of my thrifts will come through for me, since I've found a few Genesis titles from them recently. But I agree that its a cool console, the sound chip is pretty powerful if used well.

Genesis systems have doubled or tripled from when I was buying them for parts, but I wouldn't consider it "money." The real money (aside from non-TMSS HD model 1) is the power supply.

Are genesis systems really worth money?  I've got like 10 of them sitting in my closet.  I was selling them for $10 a piece a few years back.

Genesis systems have doubled or tripled from when I was buying them for parts, but I wouldn't consider it "money." The real money (aside from non-TMSS HD model 1) is the power supply.

What little I read somewhere else made it sound like I can pop in a copy of Populous, if it loads I'm good, if not, it is a TMSS model.

Well really, you can put in any game and see if the TMSS screen comes up. But I linked to that for ways to tell without powering on the system.

Maybe I missed something, but their only statement was the FCC ID, but they also stated that there are reports of the longer FCC ID also having the TMSS.

No, not really. I can still find Genesises for about $30. They just aren't a sought-after system, which is a shame because it's a great system.

Now if you have a 32X, Sega Power Base Converter, or a Sega CD attachment to go with one, then that REALLY ups the value.

I think I sold my extra 32X a while back, I'll have to take a look.  I have a stockpile of stuff that I ignore.

No extra model 3.  This just reminds me that I want a model 1 Sega CD.

I'll take a look.  I need to see if I have a non-TMSS model 1 as it is.

I'll have to keep digging, I might have more Genesis systems laying around somewhere.  I know I have a bunch of model 2 systems in a box with some other junk, but I'm not sure about model 1 systems.

I sat there for about a half hour trying to get Populous to load on the other model 1.  I popped in Ranger X, Sonic and Knuckles, and X-men.  They all worked no issue first try with no Sega message.  Populous just wouldn't load.  It kind of defeats the purpose of a non-TMSS model if it won't load the game.  *shrug*

The controllers are different.  The one packaged with the console has the button symbols on the touchpad.  Other than that I can't recall the other differences, if there are any.

Correct. The one that came with the console had a special touchpad that has the X/O/Triangle/Square instead of just the dots.

Although not pictured each came with at least one controller and all of the power and a/v hookups. All are in full working order (which we tested together and had quite a blast doing so.

Nice pickup!  I love the SMS.  The other two?  Not so much.

I'm starting to think that the TurboGrafx-16 is the most overrated system of all time.  I just can't find a game I like on it other than Bonk, and I have that for the NES.  I'm not a huge fan  of shooters, that may be why I don't' like the system that much.  It is just overhyped to the point that it's kind of obnoxious.

With that being said, it's still cool to say I have one.

I would agree with that statement about the TG16. If you're not into bomber man and shooters and don't want to settle for playing most games off the Turbo Everdrive then the cost of entry is just not worth it.

The 3DO on the other hand has an excellently well rounded library and you can still get a working console and decent games bundle for relatively cheap.

I already have an FZ10 and I love it.

Man what a couple random days. It's nice when people come to me. Some reason in this town I got the rep that I'm looking for stuff and give a fair price where as the other places in town don't give a whole lot.

Atari 2600:
Circus Atari
Megamania
Night Driver

Atari 7800:
Atari 7800 complete system with 4 controllers and all the hook ups for $20
Centipede
Donkey Kong Jr
Galaga
Ms. Pac-man
One-on-One
Pole Position II

Gameboy:
Ren & Stimpy Show Veediots
Solar Striker
Super Mario Land 2
Tetris

NES:
Hogan's Alley (3 Screw)
River City Ransom
Track & Field II
Vice Project Doom
Wizards & Warriors
WWF Wrestlemania

SNES:
Madden NFL 95
NBA Jam Tournament Edition
NBA Live 95
NBA Showdown
Super Pinball: Behind the Mask
Super Putty

Playstation 3:
Playstation 3 80GB
Dark Souls II

So I paid for everything (but the PS3 and Dark Souls), 55 bucks. Really can't complain bout that. Been wanting a copy of River City Ransom for a long time and I'm a sucker for systems that are almost as old as me. The story of the PS3 is my bud was cleaning out his house, it works but the disc reader is shot. I ordered a replacement off the internet so I get to learn how to repair a PS3 and it was free.

I ended up picking up

SNES:
Judge Dredd (CIB)
Super Off Road The Baja (CIB)
Tetris 2

Rugrats in Paris the Movie

And I ended up picking up the Capcom Humble Bundle for the PS3 but I don't count digital only games in my collection.

Got Mighty No.9 for the Wii U the other day. Got it from Gamefly for less than $10. Had to use a coupon code before it expired. It's not a bad game really. Everybody loves to rag on it. It's not a masterpiece by any means but there are much worse out there.
This had the art book and poster as well as the dlc code. Almost a steal for the price I paid for it. I feel bad that Comcept may not see that money...but it is what it is.

These are my pickups from last weekend. I took these pic's last Sunday but just now got around to post them.  :P

First the store / online pickups...

XBone
Normally I don't like to spend much on online only games, but I was able to get this for only $50.
- Overwatch - Collector's Edition

PS4
- No Mans Sky - Collector's Edition
- Gal Gun: Double Peace - Collector's Edition

VITA
- Gal Gun: Double Peach - Collector's Edition
I was quite surprised how big the boxes where on these.

3DS
- 7th Dragon III - Launch Edition

Wii
Another hard to find Wii game.
- Maximum Racing: Super Truck Racer

GBA
Saw this mixed with the rest of the GBA SP's and I didn't have it so might as well pick it up.  ::)
- Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP (Who Are You version)

SAT
My local use game store got in a bunch of Saturn games, uncluding a few rare ones (too bad I had them)  :P
But I did get these for far cheaper then online.
- Blazing Dragons
- Cyberia
- Clock Work Knight

3DO
- Immercenary (CIB)

SNES
The box has seen better days but CIB for $5 I had to pick it up.
- X-Kaliber 2097

GEN
- Lethal Enforcers (CIB for $5)

Another console I need off the list. I contacted a seller online and was able to get him to take half his asking price.
- Entex Select-A-Game Machine

Now for the garage sales....

I sale advertised "Video Games" I get there and at first see nothing, I ask the lady and she says her son hasn't put them out yet. He comes out with a stack of PS3 games and asks $5 a game. I pick out one then ask if he had anything else and he goes back in and brings out a stack of Gamecube games, I ask what he wanted for them all and he says $10.
PS3
- Watch Dogs
GC
- WWE Crush Hour
- Defender
- Tony Hawk's Underground
- Dead to Rights
- Spider-Man 2
- Ultimate Spider-Man
- Dinotopia
- Serious Sam
- Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters

PS1
Saw these for .25c each.
- Driver
- Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2
- Tekken 3

NDS
Saw a case for Super Princess Peach but it was empty, They gave it to me for free.  ;)

And last the biggest score from last week.
I see a sale advertise Nintendo & Playstation on craigslist I look at the photo and clearly see a NES and N64 so I get there early hoping I could get to them first. As wait for the sale to open I see a follow collector in my area show up and wait. I couple resellers did show up but they didn't wait long and I guess wanted to hit more sales and come back. Now when ever someone advertises older game systems my fear is its someone who knows their value and will want full Ebay prices. I've seen this many times before. They open their garage door about 15 minutes early and I hurry in and because of the pictures knew what to look for and darted straight for them. I quickly grab the 3 boxes full of gaming stuff on the table but the other collector grabbed the Gameboy lot. (least it went to a fellow collector) I ask what would they want for everything and I'm told $50.  ;D Here's everything that was in these boxes.
PS3
- Batman Arkham Asylum
PS2
- SOCOM
- Batman Vengeance
- From Russia with Love 007
- Star Wars Battlefront II
- Gameshark 2
Strategy Guides for Diablo & Tomb Raider
DC
- Demolition Racer demo
- Virtua Fighter 3tb
- Sonic Adventure
- Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles
- Phantasy Star Online
- Skies of Arcadia  ;D
N64
- Charcoal Console with 2 controllers and all hook ups (just missing expansion door)
- Super Mario 64
- Goldeneye 007
SNES
- College Football 97
- Ken Griffey Jr. Majoe League Baseball
- Super Mario All-Stars (with manual)
NES
- Console with all hook ups and 2 controllers
- Willow
- RBI Baseball
- Michael Johnson's Fast Break
- Super Maro Bros. / Duck Hunt
- Super Mario Bros. 2

Whoooooeeeeeeeee.

I had quite the day yesterday.  Nothing spectacular.

Went to 3 game stores, a bunch of goodwills, ThinkGeek store, and probably other places.

Tons of sports games for free, not gonna say no to free filler.  Caught all of the game stores I went to slipping on one thing or another.

James Bond 007: the Duel (Genesis)
Def Jam: Fight for New York (Xbox)
Dark Summit (PS2)
Oni (PS2)
Mobile Suit Gundam: Never Ending Tomorrow (PS2)
The Italian Job (PS1) <-- I swear I've passed on this game like 3-4 times before because I thought I owned it.
Tomb Raider Memory Card (PS1)
Cyberspin (SNES)
Skuljagger (SNES)
John Madden Football (SNES)
John Madden Football 93 (SNES)
Madden 97 (SNES)
NFL Quarterback Club (SNES)
NFL Quarterback Club 96 (SNES)
SCARS (N64)
Rat Attack (N64)
MRC (N64)
Mike Piazza's Strike Zone (N64)
Madden 2000 (N64) [Didn't have this marked as a game I owned, got home and found that I already have it... boooooo]
Madden 2001 (N64)
NFL Quarterback Club 98 (N64)
NFL Quarterback Club 2000 (N64)
Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition Strategy Guide

Amida's Hyakuren and Hyakuren Gundams ^_^  I've been wanting more gundams and Thinkgeek sells gundams at their store.

I really want to find A Sega Card, never see those.

Bandai and Square Enix were favored it seems this time around, CT even still had the poster. Pirate Warriors on PS3 was an anniversary gift from my significant other, luckily Europe got a physical copy.

So i completely suck at quitting collecting...

I hunted for games pretty aggressively over the weekend and today and found some very good stuff, most of it for at most half of its Ebay value. The only thing I paid full price for was the Assault Suit Leynos game, just because I was so excited for this game to come out. Here are the pics! GTA5 and Nocturn were left out of the first pic so they got their own :p

I don't even have a Wii U yet, but I recently got a job, I had the money for it, and this was just sitting there at my local toy store. And I love the series so much, I just had to get it.

There is a game store in town that has a bunch of rare and unusual items; whenever there are small releases they typically have them at retail. I was putting off getting this game up until about a week ago when I saw that it had jumped to over $200 in value. I thought I'd never get a copy at that point. In Sunday I went up to this game store and I was in complete shock when I saw three copies for $80 each! At that price I grabbed all three.

The month almost ends and I totally forgot that this past 15th purchased my digital copy of Street Fighter X Tekken and Residen Evil: Revelations 2 guess that was kinda busy playing that totally forgot to add them to my collection list, there were some cool offers from Capcom at the beginning of this month so I took advantage of them and paid only $ 4.02 for SFxT and $ 10.08 for REV2, quoted both titles at Mercado Libre for 42 plus shipping, love even more the digital copies right now  ;D

I just came back from vacation with a few things in my bags (i just couldn't resist checking the stores from the other side of the France  ;D) and also some items from ebay were waiting for me at home :

First from Ebay :

Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together (Super Famicom - CIB)
Star Ocean: The Second Story (PS1 - JP - CIB)
Star Ocean: Till the End of Time (PS2 - JP - CIB)

That brings my Star Ocean collection to 12 games now, i will probably try to get the PS3 version for SO 4 and 5 the next time.

Then in a few shops that i checked :

PC:
Fire & Forget 2 (on diskette, i really need to create a new computer for those old games)
Revolution (it came with a slipcover, that i have, but i'm missing the cover for the dvd case inside)
The Daedalus Encounter (i have a barcode but i think it came in a Big Box, i will have to check later)
Wipeout (^ same thing, i will have to do a little research on them)

PS2:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories (without the manual)
TimeSplitters: Future Perfect (CIB - and collection completed  8) i wanted to play it from a long time, i absolutely loved the first two games)
World War Zero - IronStorm (CIB)

XBox:
Black (CIB)
Manhunt (CIB)

I also found a few soundtracks from games : The Elder Scrolls Online Featured Music Selections (it was included with the game as a pre-order item from various stores and websites), XG2 (it came with a french magazine) and Hyrule (this one was included as a pre-order item with the German version of Ocarina of Time on N64).

A member of my family who hosted me during my vacation was a huge fan of Final Fantasy 8 until a few years ago (until he finished it apparently...  :'() so when he heard that i'm collecting video-games and items related to them he gave me what he still had from his collection: a ring and a bracelet from FF8 (with Griever on it... or Cronos as we call it in the french version), a few french books based on Final Fantasy (they're not in the picture since i was too lazy to unpack) and a play arts figure of Tifa (from FF7: Advent Children, also not on the picture for the same lazy reason  ;))

I also got the last box i was missing to complete my LOTR DVD collection (the special edition of the extended version for the Return of the King), a 3-CD soundtrack from the LOTR Trilogy and Mortal Kombat on DVD.
