I can't decide which boxart I prefer, I like both for different reasons. Hopefully I'll stumble across a great deal on the US version, too :P

I highly doubt I'll find this game for a bargain in a deal.

With other consoles there is much more opportunity even when talking about high value games

Sought after cib snes games are just way to liquid  :P (in most cases 8))

I saw you pic earlier... it had a bunch of wii u titles and others. they looked like they were in really nice condition including the mega man that had a yellow price sticker still on it.

congrats! I like the PS4 Pro, though I don't know if we *needed* it since we just play it on our computer monitor anyway. It's a lot wider than we expected, too. Juuuust barely fit where we had the original PS4.

How're the buttons on the devkit? I'm not crazy about the buttons on the front of the PS4 Pro. A weird "bar" button.

Pokemon battle revolution still sealed
N64 guides are always nice to find especially for good games

lunar silver star story excellent shape with cloth map plastics etc fully complete

65 euro's shipped, not a bad price especially for ntc exclusive stuff

10 - 30 euro's probably 20

Costed me only 10,20 euro's in the end

A very nice price for this game. Bought two games for 110 shipped one being a cib castlevania the new generation, that's at least 80 euro's I have easily sold them without a manual for 60 a 75 each coming across multiple ones.

The adventures of batman & robin has risen in price quitte allot, was only around 40 50 euro's some years ago. Better late than never I'd guess. For sought after games high on my list I always try to fetch these deals. it's not free but 10 - 30 euro's ain't gonna break the bank.

It really doesn't hurt to look at it still looks really nice. A free game is a free game I can always sell it some other day

Came with a small bonus not 1 but two manuals, To the untrained eye you might say who cares about two manuals, that being said a 50 to 100 euro manual is quite a nice bonus not that I paid to much in the first place really pleased I really could not believe this deal.

Also you gotta appreciate the artwork of real bout fatal fury ps1, in my opinion the best looking cover art on the ps1   8)

You are  right, However hack mutation part 3 if there was a reprint out there there would be massive amount like all the other examples also the price would be pretty low.

A UK versions or even any other versions are not readily available, even used they sell for 50 -60 euro's sealed 100+ for the UKV. Other versions are 50% the price aside that this copy had costed me nothing anyways.

Examples of massive reprinted games in PAL region:

Persona 4

Shin megami tensei digital devil saga part 1 and two
okami
etc etc

This one is not on that list if it was the prices would be really low like the others mentioned above.

Persona 4 is still 20+ euro's but only because the game is really sought after but it has received many reprints.

Especially the shin megami tensei digital devil saga games tanked in price those were really expensive games wich are now only 10 - 15 euro's or less even sealed. Devil summoner vs  the soulles army however remains rare and without a reprint.

Also I do know that reprints come with a lighter box, and you can check the packaging if the release date matches the box. if It's a reprint the year will be some years later than It's original release and in some cases different rating system etc. Also slightly alternate colour

If you open it you can also see the chance of date on the manual and the disc.

Thanks for the more accurate list

However I can't see a hack mutation part 3 or even the super common hack 1 or the less valuable makao demon sword in that shop.

Tha hack series did not get a reprint in PAL region.

Furthermore I am quite capable of detecting a reprint when I come across one.

There are ofcourse way more sources of buying these reprints,  ebay is full of sellers with sealed reprint ps2 games

That aside the value of a reprint is almost the same as a first edition, only for the true collector is it an issue.

Finding deals, buying multiple real value items from a seller when pretty underpriced or a lot for less value than it is worth. Buying game lots etc etc.

You sell the stuff you already have or have no interest in and depending on how great the deal was You'll keep some or all the stuff that you want and potentially make a nice profit. You can't go wrong if you have only paid for the worst scenario and if you know the bottom value. I also figure if the condition has potential to be in my shape, than again if not that's allot better for my wallet wich happens allot. most people aren't as picky as me the prices are usually the same since even great condition might not meet my standards.

Or in some occasions you pay an excellent price and make a small loss for an awesome game like I did this week with the batman & robin for only 10 - 30 euro while only having bought 2 games selling the other one. Such a small price for a sought after game I don't mind.

If you know where to look you can find great deals even for the really high end value titles like panzer dragoon saga if your lucky while adding them for free in the collection.

I guess many people dislike this way of collecting but than again I don't mind, thanks to this method I have aquired many high end titles and many expensive but also more common great titles, pretty much my entire collection. I mean great titles for older systems cib in nice shape aren't cheap. were not talking about common dollar items such as most ps2 wii and xbox games and currently many ps3 games.

Also having allot of patience and zero expectations come a long way.

I haven't bought a game in 2017.  It's kind of sad.  I just can't find anything I want. 

Because I had the itch, I went out this weekend and ended up buying some Game Gear stuff for a buddy.  It's fun to hunt and learn again.

well I found a few listings for really cheap Repro games so I decided to grab the following:

Hagane (SNES)
Harvest moon (SNES)
Castlevania Dracula X (SNES)

As a warning to people. the people who were selling them claimed the bought a storage unit that had thousands of these loose games (I saw a picture of an entire pallet of them). Aside from the sticker placement (being too far down but otherwise centered perfectly) and board they are EXACT REPLCAS. they even have the Nintendo molding on the back. So please be careful buying e-bay listings out of the quad cities (Moline IL, Rock Island IL, Davenport IA, Betendorf IA) and the surrounding areas for high priced SNES games.

I got something for my game room and its thanks to Rayne315.

Rayne315 saw these on Craigslist and thought of me, I get a message and when I looked at the add I see it was posted 10 days ago. I thought there's no way they are still available but contact the seller anyway. The guy messages back that he still had them. I find out he lived only an hour away, He wanted only $400 for the set. I just couldn't say no.

Haven't posted any finds on here in a while but over the weekend I found a CIB Desert Falcon for the Atari 7800 for $10. The store also had a CIB Atari 2600 version for the same price but I figured why get the inferior version?  :P

I also found a Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY version with a lenticular cover and 3D Glasses as well as a copy of Rugby World Cup 2011 on XBOX 360.  :)

A couple of minutes ago I received at the office my copy or should I say my daughter's copy of Super Paper Mario for the Wii, recently she started to play with this console so am supporting her hobby with those titles that she use to watch at Youtube, found it complete in a very good condition at Mercado Libre for only $ 10.25 bucks were the shipping was totally free, am right now at work just waiting for my lunch hour, really can't wait to go home and gave her this title, am pretty sure that I'll be helping her this weekend  ;D

Yup, I try to do this when I can. This also allows for the image to be displayed in full size for the viewer if they click on the image.

I saw this Lego game at a Gamestop, the selects version is quite common but the original cover can be harder to find. When I go to the counter to pay for it, the clerk tried to switch it with a selects version. I catch him and he tried to get me to take the selects version and could not understand why I wanted the original cover. Kept insuring me its the same thing. I explain I'm a collector and want the original cover and he gets all upset that he had to go back to the drawer and get the original box I wanted. lol

But this one is the one I'm the most excited about. It's been on my wishlist for YEARS after playing it at a friend's house as a kid.

It's not cheap (at least not in the U.S.), so it was one of those pipe dream games that I thought I'd never come across at a decent price. But lo and behold, I got it on eBay for only $20 smackers!

Really interstesting it being the exact same game and packaging after checking sold listings in the US.

Fair enough, certain rpg's when imported from the US to europe also fetch allot more than in the US

Even your Common 10 - 15 dollar rpg's wich are exclusives in the us could fetch as much as 25 30 or sometimes even 50 euro in europe. More expensive titles even more.

It always sickens me how some US collectors treat their ps1 lunar/ arc the lad big boxes wich are so hard to get in europe and really expensive, especially when comparing those to US prices wich are way cheaper than in Europe, but fair enough I did manage to snagg all 3 parts on the cheap so I was lucky I guess but still, most US collectors should appreciate those ps1 big box CE with lower prices since usually they are just used as a stepping stool in their collection. Won't do the condition of the box any good I was blessed with excellent boxes but many aren't and some wich are stored pretty poorly wich is true a shame adding on to the count with lesser condition boxes.

obviously also many other exclusives in the good gaming department such as shoot em ups etc

Pretty sad that it is allot easier to find multiple sealed copies for around 10 euro's a piece than a used copy for under a 20 or 30. I'm pretty cursed on that particular castlevania game but finally I have one to play.

Call it bad or good luck, we live in a pretty **** up world if one has an easier time finding mutiple copies sealed of this game for around 10 euro's while it can fetch up to 100 or more when sealed.
Than again you can't beat deals with old store stock so I guess that's cheating.

Was a pretty insane deal many expensive games for cheap prices. There should be no reason to get games like the metroid prime trilogy brand new for only a tenner. Apparently people tought this person was a scammer, to be fair I thought the same thing but i have my methods to identfy a scammer. Many intersted bidders but apprently nobody trusted the seller lucky me I guess.

Pretty sad story though since the stuff belonged to her death brother. Than again great deals have a high chance of coming with sad stories, that's just how life is. from time to time you hear such stories.

Speaking of old stock I bought an entire store of ps1 old stock for an absolute steal

So many great games wich I already had and allot of awesome titles for free in the personal collection while making a pretty huge profit. also many value titles were double FF VII diablo etc etc

the titles that I added are All cib in excellent shape

An absolute bargain while making some nice money can't complain  8) you can't beat old store stock for bargain prices. Apparently some resellers needed some fast cash and they said ebay was slow for other sales in the past. I really wonder what they tried to sell on ebay in the past since some titles sell easily surpassing amount at lower prices I paid not even counting the many expensive lose titles that the lot included and the solid amount of trash titles and the titles I have kept. Pretty solid amount of great titles compared to most lots it was a store after all.

Bravely Default- my wife was happy when I brought this home lol.
Dragon Quest 8- holy crap this game looks AMAZING for being on the 3DS

Lunar Silver Story Complete- sadly did not come with the case. I can easily print out what I need but cant complain for only paying like 20 bucks to Gamestop for it.
Lunar 2 Eternal Blue- surprisingly came with the case.

went to all my regular haunts the yesterday didn't find anything spectacular I did end up picking a few games and 29 Nintendo hardcases from various systems.

Well, my item didnt arrive til today ... but damn, it was worth the wait.

I am the new owner of a 20th anniversary PS4. Its absolutely a beautiful item. I was shocked at the size of the box cause it dwarfs all my other consoles but considering all the stuff included with it, I should have expected it. Im super stoked to add this to my display!

First of all The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. Amazingly enough, I have never played Ocarina of Time before, which I know is inexcusable for a Nintendo-fan. So when I saw that the Nintendo Selects version was available for only €18, I instantly got it.
Also got Drawn to Life and Viva Piñata: Pocket Paradise on DS. These were two games I loved as a kid, but ended up selling for God knows what reason. Glad to have them back!
Now let's adress the elephant in the room, Learn With Pokémon: Typing Adventure. For those of you uninformed, yes, that's a real thing. It's silly, it's stupid, but it's funny, and I absolutely love both Pokémon and weird obscure accessories, so win-win!
Oh yeah, and a Wii Speak. It was €1,99 and again, obscure accessory. Yay!

I also ordered a DVD of Bayonetta: Bloody Fate, but that one's taking a little longer. I'm expecting it in 1-2 weeks.

Got a couple awesome special editions from a friend saving up for a gfx card. Got a complete version of Demon Souls preorder stuff included. Same for FO3 except for the game but no big loss as I got a heavily modded pc version and the disk in my mini nuke collection.

Outside of some of the Nintendo releases, this is one of the last Wii games I've been hunting for. Nice find.

I picked up a copy of BlazBlue: Central Fiction CE (for the life of me I dunno why I kept referring to it as Central Friction  :P). I built up a good rapport with the manager at the GS near me and he's gotten me a few items from other locations now.  :)

Just got back from grocery shopping after work and found a Disney Infinity Black Suit Spider-Man marked down to $1.00.  ;D I technically already had him as part of the Vita Bundle but that puts me one away from a true full set (the last one being Nemo without the Power Discs). I still think it's a shame they shut down progress on 4.0. I think they had enough in the tank for one more game and from what I hear it was supposed to be truly opened up where you could play SW characters on Marvel levels and vice versa.  :-\

Had a nice little surprise at work today as when I was doing markdowns, the Lego Dimensions starter pack for the Wii U took an insta-drop to 90% off. At $7 I couldn't say no.

I also repurchased Skyrim for the One. My disc disappeared shortly after Christmas, so I finally gave in. I'm positive that the lost disc will turn up as soon as I remove the plastic wrap as fate is annoying like that.

Yesterday I received an offer at the 360 Dashboard that wasn't able to resist, they offered me a month Live membership for almost $ 2.50 bucks and since the digital copy of Double Dragon: Neon had a 60% of discount I purchased both of them also purchased for free Project Cars - Digital Edition for the Xbox One but didn't and won't gonna download Star Wars: The Force Unleashed cause am not a fin fan of this franchise  ;D
