What do you think the best year was for gaming? Or had the highest output of quality games in a single year?

Best year would be hard to say, perhaps transitioning period into 32-bit software but that could be debated on the quality of games VS. originality of games venturing into new territory.

My all-time favorite video game decades would be tied with 1991, 1992 and 1993.

Many great titles that were on the market that were packed full of excitement and replay-ability!

The word anime has also been criticised, e.g. in 1987, when Hayao Miyazaki stated that he despised the truncated word anime because to him it represented the desolation of the Japanese animation industry. He equated the desolation with animators lacking motivation and mass-produced, overly expressive products which rely on fixed iconography for facial expressions and protracted and exaggerated action scenes but lack depth and sophistication because they do not attempt to convey emotion or thought. What's this about people in the U.S. not knowing anime? We had popular anime in the 90s, that's when I was into it. Yu-Yu Hakashu, Ronin Warriors, Gundam Wing, Robotech, The Guyver, Voltron, Ninja Scroll, Akira...and a little anime called Dragon Ball Z. A number of those actually airing on U.S. TV networks.

Does anyone here have SFV and are willing to play a couple matches? I got the game a couple days ago and have been practicing for a bit and want to fight others so that I can learn.

I just bought a PS4 to play Street Fighter V, and upcoming fighters for my birthday. Love to play some matches, guess I'll have to wait until it arrives first  . Who is your main? F.A.N.G. looks really interesting..!

1. The Transformers: Generation 1 (2-D) fighting game with similar graphics to Capcom VS series.
2. Capcom party board game similar to Mario Party series.
3. Treasure co. Fighting game using existing characters from other Treasure games similar to Super Smash Bros.
4. Eroge shoot'em up utilizing Rez Trance vibrator controller.
5. A horror-survial game that has a peripheral that attaches to your pulse to maintain your health.

I was 11 when Phantom Menace came out, didn't care to watch the film series until Attack of the Clones was released. Watched the classic films, prequels leading up to Revenge of the Sith. The Force Awakens was a pathetic knockoff to 'reboot' the film legacy.

I hate Cod/ any fps games, so i don't buy them. ^_^
