Correct me if I'm wrong here: But isn't it the same exact game? Not a remaster, not a remake, no upgrades, no nothing new? It's just being played on an XBox One rather than on a 360. Right?
So why is everyone so excited about it?
It runs better on the Xbone, the same can be said for a couple of titles. There is currently no PC port, or next gen port of RDR at the moment, so the Xbone's emulation is technically the "definitive" way to play it now. That's why people are getting excited.

I had gone to Best Buy first, but saw none there. Don't know if that store got any or not. Toys R Us on the other hand had at least a half dozen of these ones sitting out on the table and a good dozen of the others and I walked in there at like 4pm. Seems like there should be good enough stock for it, though easiest is probably just grabbing them on Amazon as they are still in stock.
I really do think the Splatoon Amiibos might be some of the best ones they've made. Really great detailing and design.
I agree I have the original 3 pack and the detail/paint app is great for the price of these things. Big fan of the squid sisters designs as well, might have to go ahead and get them.

« on: July 08, 2016, 06:40:24 pm »Don't collect many amiibos these days, but I had to get these ones. Think the only ones I plan to get after this is the Cloud and Bayonetta amiibo and then the Breath of the Wild ones.

I don't believe I would ever sell my collection. A lot of the older stuff is from me being the original owner, it's a bit sentimental. I also have tons of fond memories on hunts finding awesome stuff for dirt cheap, don't think I'll be getting rid of it anytime soon. As for burnout, I try to balance gaming with my other hobbies. Don't feel like gaming? I'll read, watch some form of media, do something productive, or just hang out with one of my buds. Everybody has their off days where we don't feel like doing much sometimes, but overall burnout is never really an issue with me. If a game starts to become more of a "chore" I step away from it and do/play something else. All in all what I always tell my friends and fellow collectors; Gaming is a hobby, it is supposed to be fun, don't make it a chore.

If you have Android, try the Google Play store in your browser. That is where I downloaded it.
That's kind of dumb. Anyway, where I work there are about 20 pokestops within a few minutes walking distance. 2 Gyms too, one is unclaimed.
Game Freak's been trying to get us active since the Pokewalker days. I only got as far as getting my starter (Squirtle) last night before the server went down for a bit.

But here's something I am a fan of, Full Metal Alchemist!
Bleach and One Piece both have Musou style games. Bleach: Soul Resurrección, and One Piece Pirate Warriors respectively. In fact PW was made by KT so technically it's an official warriors title. If you like FmA, you may want to check out Arslan. It's a Musou game based off Arslan Senki, which Hiromu Arakawa does the artwork for as well. Anyhow, the Shonen Jump Warriors sounds like a good time to me.

Can't speak for Dark Cloud 2, but Klonoa 2 is a great. I honestly prefer it over the first game, but they are both great.
