I made some edits a few days ago but they neither got accepted nor rejected. Is there some kind of bug oris there nobody who accepts/rejects them at the moment?

The boxart is not the german version. Seems like a FAH version. Please accept my scan of the german boxart.

Here I have a different issue

https://vgcollect.com/item/59398

I uploaded the back of the box but it got rejected. Don't know why. The game is inside a plastic case you can see it here

This was my picture I wanted to upload

It came through that you tried to put the back picture as the front image on the entry. Try it again and make sure to click on the back image button this time and it should be fine.

yesterday was not my best day I guess :o thx

This is the UK version. Boxart is UK and item number is UK. Yet my [UK] edit was rejected

It isn't required. You would only need the [UK] TLD put onto a game in the EU section if there is another English language version in that category that is not for UK. Then you can put UK on the UK one. Currently, there are no other versions of this game in the category, so there is no need to add a differentiator.

Ah I get it now, sorry for that.

There is no CH version. The listing is the normal EUR version.

https://vgcollect.com/item/139642

There are no [FR][UK] versions. Only the box language is French and English but it is just the EUR version.

I tried to change it but it was rejected

Because it is no country code.

This is a game spread out to the smaller country's. In the biggest country languages which alot of smaller country also can speak because they live next to them. So western Europe.

But what is the difference between EU ans EUY versions? Does anybody know if there is an EU version for Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate? Does anybody knows other games with EUY maybe we can compare

9
ES = Spain, but that doesn't help because that tells us in which languages you can play the game. For my UK Crash Bandicoot it says EN, DE, FR, ES, IT and JA so how does that help us to define which country version it is?

11
I will scan the back later. I think it is Austria and Switzerland because it is an Austrian Gameshop but normally the Code for those versions is "GEP" and then there is only German on the back on the box.

12
But there is a German version with USK logo and only German Boxtext.

So it would be for Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy? I'm just trying to find out if there is a simple "EU" version or the EUY version is simply the "european" version for this title

13
Hi,

I have Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate with a country code ending with EUY. Never seen that before, does anybody know if this is just the EU version? There is german, french and italian on the back of the box, but no english.

thx

As I stated here: https://vgcollect.com/forum/index.php/topic,8989.0.html

I think the only correct way would be using the box item numbers from the flaps because only there you can see which country version it is.

If you use just the back of the box or the item number on the cart there could be lots of different versions with the same item number. The item number on the flap is unique

I thought that the otem number is always the same for the region.

I have two Starwing (SNES) versions. One German and one UK version. On the box it is SNSP-P-FO on both versions.

On the flaps inside the box its ending on NOE/SFRG and on UKV. If i would only use the item number on the back of the box I wouldn't be able to separate both releases
