Looks like it'll be set in LA: http://kotaku.com/5853279/grand-theft-auto-v-will-be-set-in-los-angeles-may-star-multiple-characters

Bummer, I was hoping for an HD reprise of Vice City. LA's got potential though. What if they finally released a '70s themed GTA? Oh to dream.

Anyone else been playing this? I'm a huge dork about classic movie car chases from the '70s, so this game is like heaven for me. It's got some flaws but the sweet amount of cars and movie challenges more than make up for it.

If anyone's down for driving around free-roam, I play on the 360. Gamertag is "nah dew"

So now that I've successfully traded with a few fellow vgcollect members, I have two suggestions to make trading easier and more involved with the collection element of the site.

One is to add a user profile field to display our individual marketplace feedback thread's URL, to allow for easier feedback checking.

The other is to allow us to mark items in our collections as available for trading and/or buying using a couple of extra checkboxes under our personal notes. If those fields could generate filtered lists of games each user has available for sale and for trading, it would be awesome!

Adding these two elements would be really great for the trade process here. Thanks and I hope to keep trading with you guys via these forums!

Hey @scott, care to check my list for any potential trades for your copy of Maniac Mansion?

Here's the thread: http://vgcollect.com/forum/discussion/134/dumping-my-nes-cart-collection-also-have-snes-360-more-want-wii-gc-nes-#Item_11

I picked up a Mortal Kombat Tournament Edition 360 fight stick pack at Best Buy a couple weeks ago on clearance for $60, marked down from $150. It included a new copy of MK and some DLC, which I already owned, so I sold that stuff on eBay for $40. $20 for the stick!

Also found some family's old NES system in a beat-up Snyder's pretzels box at Goodwill last year. The box was Saran wrapped big time to prevent water damage I guess. Inside I found CIB copies of Burgertime, Play Action Football, All-Pro Basketball, Bible Adventures, and Big Bird's Hide & Speak, an NES console, 4 original controllers, an NES Satellite, all the console's paperwork, and even the original 1989 receipt for the thing! Everything works great and is in really good condition. Goodwill charged me $15 for all of it. That was a nice day :)

Classic Video Games / Re: Finally got my hands on a Saturn again! woo!

Nice. Sega Rally Championship and Road Rash are my two favorite Saturn games, and I've been tempted many times over the past few years to buy one up just to play those.
