Site Feedback / What are the rules regarding adding soon-to-be-released titles?

I have a pre-order of Assassin's Creed 3 for PC and would add it to my collection if allowed. The relevant details are available on the Steam website and it comes out in 10 days.

Site Feedback / Entering Canadian versions of games?

I live in Canada and a lot of the games I'm adding may be Canadian versions. Should I not enter UPC or item codes in case they're different from the US release? The categories on this site only have a North America and not US or Canada so what do I do there? I assume it's safe to still enter box text cause it likely is the same between both regions. Looking for some guidance. If it doesn't appear to be region specific I'm going to enter all the info. As an example I compared my copy of Ocarina 3D to the one entered here, the UPC codes are different.

I don't think it makes sense to enter both a US and Canadian version as two separate entries on the site, but maybe if there was a field for Canadian and US, or also Mexico under the UPC and item code, that'd solve the problem. Or would it be possible to enter multiple codes in the same field?
