I believe all the ones you listed are region free

Yes, it would go into Swag Promo Videos/Movies.

Here is an example of one that I own with a similar situation.

For music CDs with games, they go into Swag Soundtrack. Here is an example of that

Thanks for the help! I've created the entry, though it might need some editing as I still wasn't quite sure how to format it.

Video Game Database Discussion / Hulk 2003 DVD with Xbox game demo
« on: May 31, 2022, 02:10:37 pm »
I've recently picked up a DVD copy of Hulk 2003 from the thrift store, and I noticed that disc 2 contains a demo of a level from Hulk on Xbox. I was curious if something like this would be allowed in the database, since it's technically a demo of a game. And if it is, how would I go about titling and formatting it since it's kinda unique in that it's a DVD movie with a game demo on it? Here's some images of the case and disc: https://imgur.com/a/M17BjAW

I would definitely join one if it were created!  :)

I've gotten at least 3 games for 99 cents at my local game store, being Madden 2003, Hannah Montana: Music Jam, and Hannah Montana: The Movie. All of them work just fine  :D

Hopin' to get one of the newer Pokémon games I've missed, either Shining Pearl and Legends Arceus. Might get the Zelda Game & Watch too.

Honestly won't miss it much. There's a locally owned game store near where I live and they have better prices and a greater variety of games, a lot more retro stuff. They give much better prices for trade-ins as well. As for newly released games, I either opt for digital or Target, Best Buy, Wal-Mart etc.

I use Cigar Boxes. The local Grocery store sells cigars, and they toss out the old boxes (they stack them by the register for people to take) so I usually grab a few whenever I'm there. you can take lids of and the stickers. I usually put random stickers I acquire on them, so they look a little more video-gamie. They're small and usually not really high so the carts usually pop up over the top so you can see some of the label. I leave them a little loose so you can thumb through them like a rolodex. This is what I do for GB, GBC, and GBA. DS and 3DS get put in cases.

That's a really neat method! I like the idea of flipping through carts like a rolodex, haha

What's everyone's personal method for storing loose cartridge games? (DS, 3DS, Game Boy etc.)
The way I personally do it is with a hard binder and sleeve inserts for trading cards. It works well for finding a specific game you want and they stay in there pretty well (depending on what brand/sleeve you use)

I'm curious on what you all prefer ;D

Excite Truck toy from a Wendy's kids meal promo in 2007. Not particularly rare or obscure, but pretty cool.

Video Game Database Discussion / Re: Help identifying Tomb Raider edition
« on: February 11, 2022, 08:52:52 pm »
The ebay listing is the same one as mine, though it's not the same artwork as the steelbook edition. The steelbook slipcover has slits in it to reveal the game case underneath, I will likely provide my own scan for my edition. Thanks for all the help!  :D

It does appear to be the amazon preorder version, I don't think its the survivor edition as that seems to be a PAL exclusive. Neither the slip cover or game case itself have a spine number oddly. Here's an image of both back covers. https://imgur.com/a/z8D1RoS

I've recently picked up a collectors edition of sorts of Tomb Raider on Xbox 360, and I've been having trouble identifying which edition it is. I've done several google and ebay searches and could not find the version I have. If anyone could help me figure out which version this is, I'd really appreciate it!  ;D

For picture frames of non standard sizes, I'd recommend Amazon. They have frames for pretty much any size, I've had the most success with them before :)!
