PS2 = Damn...I can't pick just One 

so, I'll have to say it's pretty much a "multi-way-tie" between Shadow Hearts: Covenant, Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land, SMT: Digital Devil Saga(s), Nocturne, & Persona(s) 3 and 4, and FF-X & FF-X-2 , and, for the

PS3 = Cross-Edge.
