UPDATE to server outage

Okay - today has been one hell of a day. I'll just keep this short and sweet. We have switched servers and also lost some data. I'm still working through everything but as of right now the core site and forum has been restored. The database appears to be dated as 11/2.

Still have loads of issues but I'll save the explanations for later. I'm going back to work so I can hopefully get the rest restored and will update everyone ASAP.
