Cover art edit not working

so on this item:http://vgcollect.com/item/2114 i am trying to replace the cover art with the official cover.  Each time I submit an edit it says that it was accepted, but when I look at the item nothing has changed.  I have tried a few times now.

i think the edit just needs to be approved... the only instant feedback we get is when we first submit an item with stuff. then everything shows up. but any following edits will need to be approved by a mod.

Er, yeah. You have to wait until someone approves it.

Yeah it said it was approved.  Its on the list when it says I have new notifications.  Plus the other games I edit around the same time get approved and the edits work.

It still did not work...  But I just tried it on firefox and it had changed?!?!?!?!?!?!?! What the heck is going on!

The weird thing is my other edits for the game like the disc image were just fine.

Cache issue?

Yeah it works now...  I should have thought of that considering this is the third time I have had an issue where I have needed to clear the cache.

Heh, it always takes me a little longer than it should to think of that as a possible cause.

Ya whenever that happens I just hit ctl+r a few times and it fixes it.
