Very likely a fake more than a leak, especially since there's nothing corroborating the information, even if it adheres the currently rumored design ideas.

No, it's definitely fake.  It was posted on NeoGAF as a mock up of what someone thinks the controller will look like.

Someone just grabbed it from NeoGAF and said it's a leak.

Always disappointed with all of this fake reporting stuff.

I won't take any leaks and rumors seriously until I hear it from Nintendo themselves.
