I can't believe I never posted in this thread.  I've got a few.

While the PS3 was still current gen, I bought a boxed system with no controller for $5 at a yard sale.  They thought it was broken.  I just pushed the hard drive in snug and did and A/V reset on it.  Boom.  It's still going strong.

I've bought Panic Restaurant on NES twice.  Once for $4 and once for $3. That's bumping up against $400 right now.

I bought Caltron 6-in-1 for $5

I've been doing this for a long time though.

I'll probably have to go with the Saturn stuff I got.

Both Magic Knight Rayearth and Dragon Force were free. I found Albert Odyssey for about 30 dollars (complete) at a store. Usually, that game goes for a pretty penny.

Hard to say, but I guess getting Suikoden II in very good condition for 15 Dollars definitely wasn't that bad a deal - for whatever reason it had the same price as the first game. I got the original Version of Valkyrie Profile for the same price at the same store.
I got the PAL version of Shadow Hearts for 10 Euros in a dedicated video game store in my home town.

Aside from that I don't know or remember whether I made any really good deals.
