Isn't that new metro game on the PC online only? Even though its a single player game. It's retarded.

It's quite the trend now that 'requires internet' features on boxes. Just remembered a few others:

Need for Speed (2015)
Metal Gear Survive
The Division 1
Fallout 76
Gran Turismo Sport
Call of Duty WWII
Call of Duty BLOPS4
Destiny
Destiny 2
HITMAN 2

I'm not a huge fan of Online only games. one of my favorite games MAG for PS3 had it's sever shut down and now I have the disc and case for a game I can't play anymore

If it's free? Sure.

If it costs money? If it's particularly good but I'm wary.

If it has a single player campaign or is straight up a single player game? Fuck 'em

I dont mind it as long as it has a solo campaign. I hate games that are online only and have zero solo modes or just really basic solo modes that are online oriented (example: The Division). I'm not a big fan of online gaming because I just get easily frustrated and end up getting more annoyed than anything so I usually avoid them. Imo games that are online only with zero solo modes should be free with optional payable content.
