Your edit to 92076 was rejected because this item is not from both Spain and Italy but only the former. The Italian version includes the SIAE hologram label, in addition to another label exclusive to Italy.

With instances like the above in the database, should TLD's be able to used in the same category or should they be replaced with a descriptor? As TLD's shouldn't discern the language on the box of an item I'd assume a descriptor is needed - which should make the TLD's for the latter 2 items irrelevant?

132809 seems to instead be a general Europe release. It's the default version appearing in eBay UK search results. Meanwhile, 132810 seems to be the NL version that may have also been sold in BE. I can only find one example from BE, so we can't quite make a positive assumption yet (even if it's likely true.)

Had both of the items been from the same country, though, then how you provided the entry names above without the TLDs would be correct. They're no different than the Dragon Quest Builders examples I mentioned a couple weeks ago. For entries like these, it's best to detail in the Description field where the item was sold.

It seems "Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings" has multiple releases for the ps2 with the only immediately obvious discernible difference on the case art being the barcode. I haven't yet checked further for Disc numbers etc. The Uk/English , French, Spanish and German releases all have at least 2 versions - so I'd assume the same is likely with other countries.

Rejects on the name changes. Barcode descriptor is generally not permitted except in rare circumstances. These entries will be researched before determining whether a barcode descriptor is to be permitted.
