But that's one game with different regional ratings, whereas the example I posted has two separate games with two different ratings for each, so in theory I think it should be treated differently

This is about 1 item being linked to multiple attributes, it doesn't matter what the context is because knowing the context doesn't change what needs to be done technically to resolve it.

Right now it is just to put one of the ratings on the entry and the rest into description. Don't really care which rating a person picks to put.

Some day in the future we can add multiple ratings.

There hasn't been a formal news announcement for this feature, so there may be many who are unaware of this update's context.

Perhaps in the near future, this feature can account for rating icon variations. For example, the Rating field icon for 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand is red instead of the actual cover art's white design.

Updated some of the missing rating images that appear on item pages. Ratings only cover the sections that have already been updated on the new Ratings ID Guide thread.
