Updated status of anniversary badges

I personally would love an "items added to the database" badge. Is that possible at all now that some of the kinks have been ironed out with the other badges?

Looks like there were badges in the works for item submissions at one point.  Not sure how difficult it would be to implement them.

@rgordill Oh there are badges for forum posts, editing and submitting. I've got them all designed, it's now just a matter of @matt implementing them. haha
