I own a APF MP-1000 myself, kind of a crappy system, really cheaply made.
Also have to drag out a old tube TV to play it, screen gets messed up on a HDTV.

But the oldest game system in my collection is the grandpa of systems...
The original Magnavox Odyssey.

Can't get much older then that unless you own a Computer Space Arcade cabinet.

Here's an old pic, but it's the only one I've got that really shows off my consoles:

L-R: Game Boy Color (Teal), Sega Saturn, Intellivision, Atari Lynx 1 (custom paint), Game Boy (green), Game Boy (original), Atari 2600, NES, SNES, N64, PS1, TurboGrafx 16, Sega Genesis w 32x, and my oldest console, Magnavox Odyssey II.

(missing: PSOne, PS2, PS2 Slim, Xbox, Xbox360, Wii, NES toploader, Genesis model 1, Sega CD, Game Gear, GBC Berry/Kiwi/Atomic Purple/Grape)

Since we seem to be posting about our oldest consoles I would say that my oldest is the gce vectrex.

we have a Vectrex at the store I work at and Ive thought about getting it, but we charge 200 for it and I can't afford that right now.
Now Playing: Borderlands 2 (PS3) / Crystalis (NES)
