Yes, but there are more in English than I'll ever have time to play as it is.
And believe me, I'm a card-carrying Vesperia fanboy - that game single-handedly got me into the Tales series. I will eventually own a 360 again just for that game, it's that good. And I'd love to play the extra content they added w/ the PS3 version. But I just wouldn't enjoy it having to read a script online while I play.
My understanding is the reason that game was never translated to English on the PS3 is because MS paid for exclusivity on it in Western countries. This is before they discovered that A) They will never, ever, ever, ever be successful in Japan and B) RPGs, while still very popular in the West, are still a niche and will never sell on the level of Call of Duty, GTA, Destiny, etc.
The following is my personal dream situation - but assuming the exclusivity was for last gen, it would be amazing if B-N ported the game to the PS4 & released THAT in the US.
