I wish all my collection was in perfect condition but would it appropriate to submit a damaged label to fill in the gaps if there is no other image shown?  

I'd say anything you have that will work is acceptable. Then if someone finds a replacement down the road, then they can update it.

Has watermarked images from MobyGames, I can't seem to find anything to replace them with at the moment. If anyone else can find replacements, please submit them. Other site's images are the devil. ha

... I actually have this. Two times, even. I can't scan them at the moment (my scanner's busted) but I can do it as soon as I buy a new one.

Also, I suggest warning users who upload watermarked images, and if they keep doing it, ban them.

would be exciting to have a flagging feature for records!  and then some sort of way for all users to access the list of flagged records... so that if they have time, they can check on ones that are "flagged" to see if they can help fix them.

Fatal Fury - SNES [NA] has the box art for Fatal Fury 2.  I can't seem to find a suitable replacement.
