Well, almost 22 years after playing it for the first time, I just completed the original Legend of Zelda! Granted, I did not do a blind playthrough, but I'm happy and proud to have finally beaten it nevertheless One more Zelda checked on the "to-do" list!

It's not "can't." More like "won't." Nintendo doesn't want to pay DVD licensing royalties.

I remember reading that the drives only read Nintendo optical discs in order to get around royalty payments for dvds and blu-ray, although I don't get why they can't enable cd support. I know the original Wii model in Japan was able to play DVDs out of the box, but that was patched up and disabled in a later firmware update.

Sooo... I've recently had a sudden interest in importing a Japanese Sega Saturn. I realize I could buy a North American version and use an Action Replay to play imports, but I want one of the nicer colours that were exclusive to Japan (I've got my eye on the white one). I'm probably not going to buy one right away, but would any of you by chance know what a good price for one would be. I'd prefer that it be in good condition with all the proper cables. Any help would be appreciated.
