Lol. I played it twice and was still a bit lost with the story! If you have the Landmark Edition the developers commentary mode is very interesting.

One of the best games, ever. Short, but intense.

Finished the main quest on Normal in Borderlands 2. But of course, the game doesn't end there!

BurningDoom's 2018 Beaten Games List

1. Mercs (Arcade)
2. Combatribes (Arcade)
3. The Legend of Zelda - 2nd Quest (NES)
4. Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions (XBox 360)
5. Spider-Man: Edge of Time (XBox 360)

6. Wild Arms (PS1)

Forgot to add this to my list after beating it. I beat it a few weeks ago.

A fantastic JRPG, one of my favorites, now. I love the SNES-style charm to it (though I'm sure many people, at the time, felt like it was cliched and over-used). I love that you can use the characters non-battle abilities to solve Zelda-like battles. And while the battles may have been simple, they were still fun, and it didn't feel like chore watching over 10 different status bars and quick-time abilities on your character like modern RPGs.

It had a few really cool moments, like your main-character hacking off his arm to get away from a villain (brutal for a JRPG).

This should be an RPG that's up there with the likes of other PS1 RPGs like FF, Legend of Dragoon, and Xenogears. I enjoyed it just as much. And I will be moving on to 2 and 3 after this.

The Alliance Alive was amazing; my favorite game of 2018 so far - and by a wide mile. I really didn't want it to end.

Just finished The Mummy Demastered on the Switch.

Great Metroid-Vania game with nice animations I must say. Even though it was a bit on the shorter side, the gameplay made up for it. Definitely liking these types of Indie games on the Switch.

Just wished they had more of them as physical copies to add to my collection rather than digital. One of the reasons why I am waiting for Owl Boy and Slain as physical on the Switch, already got Axiom Verge and Wonder Boy and the Dragon's trap physical on Switch which is great!  8)

Finished up completion on Yakuza 6! As a fan of the series and the legacy of the main character; I think it was a fitting end to his story. The longer the ending sat with me, the more it grew on me. While some fans seem to think of it as a bad, I think it was a very befitting end for the Dragon of Dojima. Looking forward, I'm excited to see what the new main character will bring to the series.
