Got on a Hammerfall kick.  Been listening to their songs Legacy of Kings, Crimson Thunder, Always Will Be, Heeding the Call, Riders of the Storm and Hearts on Fire.

Been listening to Black Sabbath.  One of my favorite tracks is Heaven & Hell with Dio on vocals.  It's just a fantastic song.  Also enjoying Fairies Wear Boots, Iron Man, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Electric Funeral and Children of the Grave. 

And for a later track that never got much attention but is heavy as shit, check out Computer God.

Never took the time to listen Red Hot Chili Peppers outside of their popular songs, so I grabbed Blood Sex Sugar Magik at the thrift shop and it's been good.

Not really liking the new Chevelle, strangely. I get that they dumped the hooks with the last album, but that album was still really good. This one is more experimental, a lot of cool guitar parts and whatnot, but the songs feel uninspired and have like no pay-off and just aren't grabbing me. Almost all screeching and gurgling this time from a guy who's usually a really good singer. Wtf? Plus the over-use of chugging a single power chord over and over like it's 1998 again. That isn't a good climax for song, it just isn't, imo. I hope I come around to it, because I really wanted to like it.
