Oops, just bought Proteus.  $2 is the cheapest it's ever been on Steam, but I didn't realize I already had an unredeemed copy from a Humble Bundle  :-[

Picked up a few items online:

Game.Com
Frogger

Virtual Boy
3D Tetris
Golf
Mario Clash
Teleroboxer

And Nester's Funky Bowling is in the mail. Just leaves Jack Bros. and Waterworld to wrap up that collection.

Hit up pawn stores for wii motes. You can probably find them for $10 each and in most colors. Also watch ebay auctions. I havent paid full price for any of my PS3 controllers between the two places (Actually havent spent over $25 on any of them so far).

You would think that and I read that a lot on VG collect where users check out pawn stores for stuff but honest to God truth.  Where I live, not a single pawn shop sells anything before the current generation consoles, or accessories.  No wii motes.  They do not sell controllers, cords, etc. separate from consoles.  Trust me I doubled checked them all to make sure.  Only Wii remotes are the one's they are selling with the actual Wii system.  And a few of them even said that within a few months, they are no longer selling Wii consoles or games anymore.  The only reason to visit a pawn shop where I live is to pawn something for cash.  For video game purposes, if your not buying an actual console, or a game for it, no reason to go.

I have talked to them about selling older stuff and they keep telling me that they would loose money because no one buys that stuff.

I've actually purchased quite a few of them.

Have any of them actually been fun? Or even playable? The blur factor on that thing is so bad that it makes the original Game Boy brick look like an HD screen.

It's great if you're a masochist. The touchscreen is interesting and some of the board game-style games are actually playable. But other than that, it's an interesting little abomination of gaming history. Its small library and cheap prices make it easy to collect for, if nothing else than for a conversation piece.

Resident Evil 2 on the Game.com is reason to own the system alone and i am not joking in any way. it is amazing. So is an excellent version of centipede, but mostly resident evil 2.
