Private Message notifications now for all!

The new Private Message notifications feature is available to everyone. Thanks to all the PRO Supporters who helped test it out this week.

Is the button supposed to be yellow, or only when we get a new PM?  I don't remember it being yellow during testing and I have not received a PM since December 3rd.

It...should...only yellow if you have an unread new message in your inbox. If not let me know cuz we may have a bug...

Try to logout and back in for me. That should clear the session that checks.

I had no notifications this morning. I got a PM a little while ago, saw it here, and noticed a notification on the site - which isn't going away.

So strange. I just got a PM. Saw the notification, read the PM and now the notification is gone...

I saw the PM first, then tried to click on the notification on the site. Maybe that's got something to do with it?
