Ebay scammer, watch out for this listing
« on: July 12, 2014, 02:15:58 am »
Saw a listing on ebay today for a 360, 50 something games, and a Vita. http://www.ebay.com/itm/281383593553?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2648

The listing said they were looking for 170 Buy it now, but they never set the listing up with BiN. I contacted them saying i was interested and asked them to add the BiN option. They replied asking me to send the money via Western Union. I did a little research and found an almost identical listing under a different username that was canceled.

I really hate shitty people.

The listing you linked doesn't even appear, however 2 others do same description more or less.  Isn't this reportable?

Look at the person who left the feedback same spelling mistakes, and pretenious self gratulatory bullshit attitude it's his obvious failed attempt to add some honourable merit, and creditablity to his listing. Epic fail.

He's also using the picture of a DEAD US ARMY SOLDIER as his profile image.

I thought the guy couldn't get any scummier, and then I found this... I wish we could report users directly but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.

Yea, I tired reporting him, but you only have certain options to choose from, there is no text box for me to write my own words. Ebay needs to know what kind of a douchebag this asshat is.

I reported the listing as "inappropriate listing practices".

This is making me cringe.

Good job finding that. I don't suppose it's a ghost or something. Using stolen pictures is a crime I think.

Looks like the listing is up again. Every time i report the listing it comes down and then goes right back up. There really needs to be a way to report the user not just the listing.

He had a bid but canceled it.

All we can do is continue to report him.

I like how he sold (himself) the Star Wars Blu-ray Complete Saga 9-disc set for $11.50. Not obvious.
As dangerous as a stampede of cattle...and almost as smart.
