My edit to Final Fantasy XIII - Platinum (PS3)[EU] got rejected:
http://vgcollect.com/item/70011

Don't know why since the one used it isn't the right boxart:
Wrong: http://s4.thcdn.com/productimg/0/600/600/35/10048635-1288628081-64000.jpg
Right: http://img.gamefaqs.net/box/4/3/3/69433_front.jpg

Why is one version correct and the other is not?

Final Fantasy XIII released with the new PS3 logo. It would be strange if they used the old Spider-Man movie font logo for their Platinum release.

Would this Description under EarthBound - SNES [NA] be considered unnecessary gameplay description and spoilers?

Yeah that is the wrong way to use the description field.  I have removed it.

I guess what I am trying to figure out is why is there multiple versions of the box art?  If there is multiple releases of the box art than there needs to be two entries of the game in the database.  Is the current art in the database promotional or a custom box art?
Currently Playing: Dark Souls: Remastered (Switch)

Pretty sure that's a custom box art.

The GameFAQs cover is the right one. There's a version with a PEGI rating and another one with a USK rating.

That cover is likely shopped, based on the older style of PS3 Platinum cover arts, like this one.

This PSP [JP] entry for The 3rd Birthday has photographs of the game rather than scans of the artwork like it should.

My collection doesn't include my Steam or PSN games, just physical games.

I didn't see what it was, but most descriptions I see are usually not the sort that the style guide asks for.  The description should be objective and focused on things like physical contents in a box, particular markings for the variant, etc.  If it has any flavor text about the plot or hype, I usually just hit the edit button, erase the whole field, submit the edit.

Sometimes that stuff is also stolen from other sites (i.e. MobyGames, etc.), which is definitely a no-no on the site.

Some times the site glitches and makes empty entries.  I have removed it from the site.

Yeah the description field is almost always used incorrectly.  We definitely appreciate edits removing them from the database.  This particular description even spoiled the entire ending of the game in detail!

Tetris Attack
Super Nintendo [NA]

The cart image has watermarks in the top left and bottom right corners.

I'd replace it with a scan of my own cart but the label on mine is pretty beat up.  :(

This isn't as much as an error as much as it is a basic question. (maybe it is an error. idk. ::)) In the past with Wii remotes being re-released with Wii U branding we've placed them under Wii U Accessories. With that line of thought in mind I created the Super Smash Bros. edition GameCube controller entry under Wii U Accessory. Makes sense to me especially since it doesn't have any GameCube branding on it at all. Looking through the GameCube Accessory category i found this: http://vgcollect.com/item/75883. Should this item be placed under GameCube or Wii U?

This game never came out on the PlayStation Vita: http://vgcollect.com/item/69676

It's a PSP game available digitally-only in North America America (it's not available on the Canadian PSN for some stupid reason >:(). It's playable on the Vita, but it is not a Vita game.

Here's some more PSP games on the PSN that are incorrectly listed in the Vita PSN section:
