Publisher: Shinsei or Bandai Shinsei
An alias Bandai went under in Japan for some games in order to get around the limit of how many games could be released by a third-party company in a certain time frame. I'm not sure whether any Shinsei games should get the Shinsei listing or just be credited as Bandai.

I added Bandai Shinsei but not Shinsei on its own.

I do not know if Bandai Shinsei (that uses dolphin logo) is the same as Shinsei that became Yukata.
