That shouldn't be marked as NA right?  Everything I'm reading says the game is JP only.

There is a JP version already. This one has English so I put as NA with a alt title of Asian version with English subs.

I'm just saying, just because it has english doesn't make it NA.  From what I read, it sounds like it is a CN or JP release.

My internet is really slow, I'm trying to research, it might be a second print JP run that included English subtitles.

I finally found a copy of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc for less than $40  EBGames also has Codename STEAM for $5 currently, so I picked one up even though I hadn't originally planned to.

Its an Asian release. But the PS4 options are NA/EU/JP/AU/CN. Its definitely not EU, AU, or CN. So its between JP (which already has a untranslated version) or NA. I picked NA.

Personally I would put it in CN, and designate it as a general Asian release with [AS] or [Asian]. That's what's been done with a few games like this before. I don't think it should go in the NA category, it's not an NA release.

I just fixed it. I honestly assumed CN was Canada. If anything CH should be China. CN should be Canada.

Honestly most of the countries on that official list dont have their own games. EU covers a lot of them as long as you note the language.

You're totally right, most of the countries don't have their own games. But some do, and since the overall sections are very broad like EU and NA, we use the TLD codes to separate the different versions, rather than have one for each country.

So [CA] is used to differentiate Canadian releases in the NA category. [IT] or [FR], for example, are used to separate the different French and Italian game variants out of the EU category. I'm not an expert on it, but that's how I've understood why it's done that way.

It's the official short version for locales.

For example, website extensions for Canada are CA and China are CN. Language selection is en_CA to signify English from Canada. And so forth.
