This has already been brought up and will be included when the genre and sub-genre update goes live.  No ETA on that yet, but expect an announcement when it happens.

For me this would be a genre not a release type. The release is still an Official Release it's just that it is a compilation game.

Ya the plan was is to add it as a genre, since compilations can often have multiple genres. Sorry for not replying sooner, been meaning to, just forgot to.
