I've tried to append [UK] to the title (since it's the UK release and all), but the edit keeps getting rejected with "Information Already on File." I've tried searching for possible duplicates but couldn't find any.

Only would need to have [UK] on the title if there is an English EU release in the db. There isn't on, if one were present, then this entry would have [UK] and the other release would be the one without a TLD in the title.

I have been under the impression that all Nintendo's UKV games have [UK] in their titles regardless of whether there exists an English EU release or not, because UKV specifically denotes a UK release.

Nintendo games that are UKV only would need the [UK] TLD in the title if there also is a UXP release in the database for that game.

Well, I'm glad that got sorted out. Time to get to work then.

I'm genuinely curious to know how entries like this one happen...

https://vgcollect.com/item/157655

Apparently nobody created it.

I have no idea how these even happen, but here's a bunch of blank entries by dravensth:

User uploaded 3 large photos to the site when making this entry: https://vgcollect.com/item/157646
There ends up being a time delay on item creation when a large image is added to a new entry, because the site has to first save the original image, then load it into memory, resize and create the smaller image that is put onto the entry, then it will delete the original image. It has something to do with that, or perhaps they had hit back and resubmit, or refresh during that process.

There are two main reasons why you would see NA on an item author:
1. If it is a low number entry, the site was originally populated with data from a few sources when it first started (this is my understanding) and these entries that were made this way do not have an author.
2. A user had deleted their account after making the entry or edit.

There might be some other way for it to happen, ideally we should not be having this empty item issue.

Got it. At first I thought they were troll entries, but that explains it.

So we got digital ghosts up in this mother?

Joking aside, number 2 crossed my mind. However, if that's the case, though, I think it shouldn't happen - whoever submitted an entry should be referenced even if he/she deletes their account...or gets banned for that matter. Just a thought, of course.

Game Boy Advance Carrying Case (1)
Game Boy Advance Carrying Case (2)

As far as I know, these items were released equally in both the US and EU, meaning there weren't any region-exclusive releases like with say, a controller/gamepad or an ac adapter. The only difference between them is that they were released in at least five different colors/colours.

I made the proper edits, but just wanted to make mention of this for future reference.

They may better of being in the Bags category as they are branded for multiple systems. Also, Nintendo did not make these, the manufacturer's name should be first in the title and not Nintendo.

Not sure why my edit to https://vgcollect.com/item/157157 was rejected.  I thought I matched the style guide:

Tried to change The legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild [EU] to Legend of Zelda, The: Breath of the Wild [EU]

1. You do not put [EU] in a title for a game in an [EU] category.
2. The item was a dupe.

Yeah, I realized the [EU] bit just now, but you beat me to it.  It was already in the description, I just didn't remove it.

What's the correct listing, because my first thought was dupe as well, but I couldn't find a Wii U [EU] version. Searching on my phone is a pain sometimes.

EDIT: N/m found it.

There were 3 entries, and I merged those dupes. The correct item did have [UK] in the title where it wasn't needed, so it was removed.

I submitted cover and back art for Fifa 14 for the Wii (NA) and it was rejected. This was a Mexico-only release, so either the cover art already there is a mockup or what the cover art would have been if it were released in the States and Canada. I own the game and can confirm that the current box art is not the correct box art.

The correct box art:
