Since this matter has been an issue in the past, I'm bringing greater awareness to new information here. It's come to my attention that the hologram labels found on many PAL PlayStation games are, in fact, not all the same. Throughout the time games were being printed, the hologram label design was updated once. The earlier design features text formatted diagonally, whereas the later design features text formatted horizontally. Even at the small size entry images are, the differences in label designs can be seen in quality images, such as with entries Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Final Fantasy VIII - Platinum.

So, I've updated the Hologram Label section of the PlayStation [EU] post of the PlayStation ID topic, alongside updating the Packaging Types section with more accurate descriptions.

It was interesting to discover that the very first entry submitted to the database nearly twenty years ago can still be updated. Somehow, the variant copy of this game had never been submitted, but now it has. Also, the entry history tab clearly demonstrates how even the oldest entries are far from being completed with data. The entry even featured incorrect back art which is, unfortunately, something that's not uncommon.
