Now onto the Garage Sale finds....
First on Week 1...
WiiI ask a lady if she had any video games for sale and she tells me she has some Wii Games, she brings out a stack of Wii games and I just ask what she'd take for them all and she said $20. I was fine with that.
- Tomb Raider Underworld
- Goldeneye 007
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
- Prince of Persia: Rival Swords
WiiI ask about games and the guy says he has a Wii, He shows me a Bag with a Wii system and Wii Sports.
Only thing missing is a controller and a sensor bar. I didn't think I was going to buy it but I asked a price and he said $10.
So I bought it, tested it out and it works great. Can't say no to a $10 Wii. lol
GCStopped at a sale that had a bunch of PS2, GC and DS games, but they where at Ebay prices.
There was one game I was missing in my collection and asked if he'd take $5 for it and he countered $7 and I just bought it.
- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
I ask about video games and a nice older lady says she has a bunch of stuff in her basement. I ask if she could get it and she said she would. I wait for about 10 minutes and she brings out a tub. Inside was a NES with about 15 games and a Gamecube with a 007 game. I ask about a price and she says she has to call her son. (crap) she calls him and he doesn't want to sell. I ask if he wanted to keep it and was told he wants to sell it on Ebay.
I tried to get him to name a price but he wouldn't so it was a loss for me. Best game in the lot far as value was Battletoads rest was just under $10 games. Her husband came out with a Game Gear and some games. It was his and he would sell it. I explain to him that Game Gears don't usually work, So I was only interested in the games. He claimed it worked great when he last used it, when was that I asked? He said 10 years ago. I look in the battery compartment and he left batteries in it and it was full of corrosion. I first just offer $10 as a pity buy but he kept swearing it worked fine. and I finally just saaid how about $10 for one game? He was okay with that. So I got this one game after all that. lol
GG- Alien 3
I was walking up to a sale that just opened when I see N64 carts on the table and dashed to see what they had.
I pile everything together and ask what they would take for all of it and they said $80. I paid the man.

XB1- NBA 2K19 20th Anniversary Edition
- Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order
At another sale, I see a kid at the table and ask about video games? He says he has some and goes to ask his mom. He brings out a stack of XB1 games.
Most where in horrible shape. I only saw one I wanted and it was sealed. I ask a price and he says $1. I told him this game is brand new sealed and said I'll give you a little extra for bringing these out and game him $5.
XB1- Minecraft
PS4I see a couple PS4 games on a table marked $20 each. One was a newer game and I ask if they'd take $15? She was fine with that.

Hit a sale and see a box full of video games marked $2 a piece. It was picked over and mostly scraps. I ask if I picked out bunch of them would he take $1 a piece and he was fine with that. So I picked out every game I was missing. It was a mix of XB360, PS2, Wii and NDS.

He brings out a PS1 system with a controller and one game in the system (ATV Mania) at first wasn't going to buy it, but ask what he wanted for it and he replied one dollar. I couldn't say no to that. lol
At a sale I ask about video games and the lady said she had a bunch of cords and some are from games. I tell her okay I'll take a look. (thinking it was going to be nothing but thought I'd check it out) Her husband was doing Yo-Yo tricks while I waited. She pulls out this giant ball of tangled cords and I see two that interested me. I painstakingly untangle the two I wanted and offer a dollar a piece and she was happy I found a couple I could use.
- Nintendo 3DS adapter
- Nintendo Switch Adapter
Found a Kingdom Hearts Manga in a box full of books for .50c.
And last I stop at a sale and ask about video games, as in most sales I hear no sorry, I walk around the sale seeing if there was anything else there and the guy says "You interested in a Gamecube?" My ears perked and I said yes, he goes inside and brings out two boxes. one had a PS2 and a few games. Nothing at first I was really interested in. The other box had a Gamecube and 5 games. I was interested in this though. I ask what he wanted for everything before asking just on the Gamecube and he says $20 for everything. I just paid the man and got it out of his hair.
