There is inconsistency on GameFAQs (our common name source) in regards to the various James Bond series releases. While it seems the source is consistent across individual releases, it is not across the series. This poll is to determine if we should make a change to how we handle these titles or not.
The common name source uses these different combinations (and some instances where the title comes first)
1. James Bond 007: Title (ex
James Bond 007: A View to a Kill)
2. James Bond: Title (ex
James Bond: Blood Stone)
3. 007: Title (ex
007: Agent Under FireOther related examples:

https://vgcollect.com/item/38203Method 1: Any cover that has the 007/gun logo we will replace with
James Bond 007 always put it as the title prefix and prevent text duplication
1. James Bond 007: A View to a Kill
2. James Bond 007: Blood Stone
3. James Bond 007: Agent Under Fire
4. James Bond 007
5. James Bond 007: Goldfinger
6. James Bond 007: From Russia With Love
Method 2: Any cover that has the 007/gun logo will will replace with
James Bond 007 but putting this wherever the logo is present in the title.
1. James Bond 007: A View to a Kill
2. Blood Stone: James Bond 007
3. James Bond 007: Agent Under Fire (it is implied that z axis text is first)
4. James Bond 007
5. Goldfinger: James Bond 007
6. From Russia with Love: James Bond 007
Method 3: Make no change and continue to use common name source.
- Titles with 007: prefix requires alt-name text to include "James Bond"
- Titles with the 007/gun logo but not either 007 or James Bond require alt-name text to include "James Bond 007"
Method 4: Any cover with the 007/gun logo present use the text 007 in place.
1. James Bond 007: A View to a Kill
2. Blood Stone 007
3. 007: Agent Under Fire
4. 007 James Bond
5. Goldfinger: James Bond 007
6. From Russia with Love 007
And to re-iterate, the implications here (as they are already) is that individual
releases for a particular game on GameFAQs we use the name they use, but releases that are
not shown on there we will use either the cover title or a name from some other site. This isn't particularly an issue in single country categories, but for EU what happens is that 1 release may end up having a different name format than others.
