lol no. I'm married, but my wife is really big into gaming too, so she fully supports my obsession. My main issue is I've been collecting games for so long that I either own or have owned nearly every game I've ever cared to buy. As for new releases, there are typically only a few each year that catch my eye, or at least enough for me to pay full price for them. I'll occasionally pick up newer titles on sale, like I did with the Super Mario RPG remaster on the Switch a few weeks ago. I doubt I buy more than 15 games a year now. Back in 2017 and before that, I was probably buying 15 games a month on average.

Been pretty slow for me this month but couldn't reist the Resident Evil PS5 ports for 2, 3 & 7 - 7 Doesn't have the Chris DLC on disc like the PS4 release... it's free to download off the story but I was kind of hoping they would include it this time. But it is my favourite in the series and glad to have it upscaled!

I certainly wasn't expecting to own one at all, but I imagine this is how I'll play through all Steam games going forward. I have a relatively small library of games on my backlog to finish, though I'm sure owning the Steam Deck will incentivize me to buy more games which don't have physical console releases (or are too expensive to justify.) I'll mention this since you've just played it—I thought I already owned Firewatch but actually don't, so I'm sure I'll be buying that at some point in the near future.
