I still need to play the other Prime games. I've had an interest in them for literal decades now, but just haven't sat down and actually played one yet.

I played Prime years ago and liked it, it was actually the only Metroid game I played and beat until a couple years back where I played most of Super Metroid, and then beat Fusion and Zero Mission.  I was planning to get through the Metroid Prime 1 remaster, I have it, but was kinda putting it off, and then my Switch went kaput so I have to wait till I get a Switch 2 to play it now lol MP4 always looked fine, I'm an FPS gamer, so it appeals to me more than classic Metroid gameplay, but I just never got into the series actively.  Didn't help they were on consoles I either didn't own (Gamecube) or didn't like (Wii) lol

It almost certainly won't happen, but it would sure be something if Nintendo announced even more increased prices for hardware, accessories, and amiibo once the event has concluded like they did following the July 31 event.

Not quite what I was poking fun at, but upcoming Kirby amiibo are to be priced at $49.99 USD.

I missed the pricing on those, that's crazy.  I thought the Super Mario Galaxy ones were bad because they were 40 bucks even if they are larger, but this is just a relatively normal sized amiibo that can switch characters.  Glad I don't collect amiibo's other than Zelda ones.  I've managed to get two of the TOTK ones because they are having a sale on Amazon and get down to a less crazy 20 bucks lol

Hate that the pricing for the Mario Galaxy bundle is 70 dollars.  These are two fairly bare bone Wii ports, why is this not a 40 dollar bundle at best? I mean, I know this is Nintendo, but things are so ridiculous and terrible with all their pricing for everything with Switch 2.

I retired from Amiibo collecting when I completed the Smash Ultimate set. No way in hell I'd pay over $30 for a single Amiibo. Luckily none of the recent Amiibos have really appealed to me.

Looking forward to the new Mario movie.
Wish we got Mario baseball instead of tennis.
New Yoshi game seems like a baby game and the title doesn't help.
Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 are $40 separately or $70 for both. Many Switch owners likely already own Galaxy though.
Metroid Prime 4 adds the DLC motorcycle from Breath of the Wild.
Pokopia is odd.
Emerald Rush seems like free DLC. Hopefully exploring DK Island is worth $20.
Announcing paid DLC before release for Z-A is funny.
Virtual Boy stuff is interesting.
POPUCOM looks somewhat fun.
