If you won the lottery today what would be the first gaming item you would buy?

For me it would be a Nintendo branded prototype, like Super Mario or Mario Kart... unless I could find a copy of NBA Elite for the Xbox 360 but so far none have turned up.

I would add a dedicated game room/wing to my house.  It would have built in shelves all around the room and glass cases for display. 
Then I would fill my dream with every game and system I could find.  I would start with finishing the NES library including Gold and Gray NWC carts and Stadium events.  I would buy stuff like a fool/asshole.
Finally, I would video it and put it on the internet.  I always wanted to be internet famous.

I'd go ahead and buy the Mother 3 gba micro, damn the cost, rather than waiting for a cheap one to get listed. If I don't find a cheaper one by the time I get my master's, Ronalopolis has said that I can get that for my graduation. Of course, I'm still in my first semester, so that's a while from now.

Then I'd get that giant Mister Saturn plush (http://earthboundcentral.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/090130_a.jpg), and all the Earthbound/Mother figures released in Japan.

Finally, I'm pretty sure I'd start going stupid on gameboys and DSes. Probably starting with the Hot Mario!
