Sorry to blow up everyone's feed that follows me.  I had to do a little housekeeping with the collection.  I'm been putting that off for a while.

Adding or subtracting?

I've got a whole shitload to remove from mine that's sooo depressing that it's just easier and less painful to keep procrastinating... :(

Subtracting. All the shit that was I was "relieved of" is finally coming out of my VGC collection.
It sucks, but such is life.

You weren't able to find out where she pawned it and/or re-acquire any of it, brother?

Some of it. Some not.
Oh well. It was mostly pre-crash stuff. I can let that go, but my virtual boy rental case, Genesis collection, PS1 stuff, and systems; well, that pisses me off.

Emperor's SaGa is supposedly a trading card game. If that's true, then I won't be too bent out of shape if we miss out on that.

Have you played Legend of Legacy? It's basically a SaGa game with a different (and awful) title. It's really enjoyable.

You're probably right about Imperial. It has such a nice look to it though :/

I haven't played Legend of Legacy, but I heard about it. I may check it out at some point. I have yet to play Romancing SaGa 1 btw, so I would probably do that first.

This post 2002. That's the same year I graduated high school! Ah, how time flies.

Do all of the Romancing games play similarly?

I've only played Romancing Saga on PS2.

Yes and no. Combat and exploration are about the same in that they're non-linear and you can essentially do what you want as long as you're able to survive. 1 and 3 start off with you picking a character that acts as your leader. On the other hand, 2 has you playing as nobility that passes their traits down through the generations.

Really?

Must I keep hearing about this "other hand" of which you speak?  ;)

Where do you stand on Unlimited Saga, kash?

Going by what I've read on RPGsEE, it seems very polarizing and very much a love it or hate it kind of game.

I just started playing the PS4 version of Dragon Fantasy The Black Tome of Ice and, it's awesome!

Throwback to 16-bit RPGs and it's like Chrono Trigger meets Dragon Quest with the combat, humor, music, and monster capturing.

Highly recommend to fans of any of the above!
