A Secret Santa is a nifty idea if done properly. In my experience, they were always lame because everyone ended up with some stupid white elephant gift. However, if everyone here has a good idea than I'm all for it.

I agree, talking about politics never ends well. At best, somebody gets a little offended. I find it usually ends up getting a lot worse.
