EXtreme Sports!

Me and a friend of mine have never played any extreme sports game on the 360.  We used to play Tony Hawk for the PlayStation 1, 1080 for N64,cool boarders, matt hoffman bmx, etc.  What is the best single and multi-player extreme sports game you would recommend that we play for the 360?

Skate 1 and 2 are awesome. Skate 3 is really good too, but I like the setting of the 1st 2 games better.

Me and a few friends used to play the hell out of those games online.

Good to hear. I've heard nothing but people bad-mouthing the games, and seen nothing but low scores for them.

I'd guess because Tony Hawk games were HUGE at the time and were being compared to them.

SSX for sure, but Skate isn't bad....  I just don't think it can replace the original Tony Hawks....  Shaun White was a breath of fresh air, but had no staying power for me....
