They stopped being humble in that way quite a while back.

Now it's a charity thing, and any company that wants in can do so.

It only does if you select it to go to charity, you can decide who gets how much of your "pledge"... I'm a "horrible person" and usually give it all straight to the developer... lol.

with me it depends on the developer.
if its a large company then it will all go to charity
if its a small company then the developer gets it
