Im going to give you the straight answer and that is probably not. Because you have time against you. System wise, you have : NES, SNES, Virtual Boy, N64, Gamecube, Wii, and Wii U. Hand held, you are looking at GB, GBC, GBA, DS, and 3DS.
According to Nintendo Age, the numbers are as follows : 768, 726, 15, 296, 561, 930, 55 (this one is going to grow a lot), 511, 445, 1046, 1654, 116 (this one is also going to grow a lot). Thats 7123 US Nintendo games. Japan's library is probably bigger on every system. That will put you over 15000 games and as such, you would be over 4000 games higher than the person who just got into the Guiness book. That person has been collecting for decades. Also in the time it would take you to acquire these 15000 games, 100s more would be getting released.
Basically what Im saying is if you havent gotten yourself balls deep in by now, chances of you doing so any time soon is slim to none. Not trying to rain on your parade, just letting you have it real.
