Here we go folks, the end of another year at VGCollect! 2014 is here and this marks the 2nd year of tracking stats. We're closing in on our 3rd birthday and VGCollect is still growing. 2013 turned out to a great year for us and I'm happy to share with you all the stats for the year. Enjoy!
UsersIn the last year, we have welcomed 7,930 users to the site! This brings our new total up to 13,129 users! Amazing, not only have we bypassed 10,000 users, but we doubled our total from last year. Welcome to all the new folks!

ItemsIn 2013, we just narrowly broke the 50,000 items mark! Actually, we did so on the 30th of December. We added a ridiculous 34,488 items to the database over the course of 2013, that's double the total added in 2012. Also, in 2013, we saw 33,874 edits to existing items in the database, with an average of 2,832 a month.

CollectionsHere we go, the Collection stats for 2013! Last year we saw users add 437,970 items to their collections! We now have a total of 687,259 items being tracked across all collections! That's quite a bit compared to 2012's 249,289 total.
Wishlists have been growing steadily over the course of 2013. Throughout the year we saw 55,526 items added to user's wishlists. Compared to last year's 6 month total of 11,554, that's astonishing!
The sell list also got a lot of love in 2013, we ended the year with 4,324 total items in the sell list, adding 3,558 items in 2013. For comparison, we ended 2012 with 766 items, so that's a huge jump!

There we go, the Stats for 2013! We've broken a few records over the course of the year, most notably both 10,000 users and 50,000 items marks! Congrats on another great year guys and thanks for making VGCollect a great as it is. Here's to another great year!
