So you're talking games originally released as digital-only that later got a physical release I assume, correct?

Best of PSN Volume 1 (When Vikings Attack!, Sound Shapes, Tokyo Jungle & Fat Princess)
Journey Collector's Edition (Flow, Flower & Journey)
Minecraft (available for pretty much everything)
Plants Vs. Zombies (also available for pretty much everything :P)
PopCap Arcade Vol 1 (360 - Bejeweled 2, Astro Pop, Feeding Frenzy, Zuma)
PopCap Arcade Vol 2 (360 - Peggle, Feeding Frenzy 2 & Heavy Weapon)
Worms Collection (PS3 & 360 - Worms, Worms: Ultimate Mayhem & Worms 2: Armageddon)
Worms Revolution Collection (PS3 - Worms 2: Armageddon + 4 DLC packs & Worms: Revolution + 3 DLC packs)

...there are more, I'll look them up later if no one beats me to them.  Gotta run for now! :)
"When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed
if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I
became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the
desire to be very grown up.” ― C.S. Lewis

New Super Luigi U was released digitally first and then the retail copy came out a couple months later.
When I'm not playing video games, I draw them.  You can see more at:

You should probably keep this to consoles only, since many PC games are released as discs and keys which require an online account - or are just a key in a box. :p

Wii Sports Club was released on the Nintendo eShop first, with three different sets for purchase(for a total of 5 sports). The 3 packages have been combined and were released for a physical copy last month worldwide.
The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD was released on the eShop two weeks before its retail release.
Also, Pikmin 3's eShop release was one day before the physical release.

I wouldn't count wind walker HD or Pikmin 3 though because of how small the gap is and you knew it was going to be released both physically and digitally at the same time (as in announced)

Xbox live arcade unplugged bunch of games on that one
