I don't think at all that the companies suck. It's the workers that can suck and make a company look bad. Go to YouTube and look up any major freight company and you will see lots of videos of individuals making their employers look bad. Occasionally, when we have a really slow day at work, I'll look up FedEx videos on YouTube and laugh at them. I wouldn't dream of acting the way that some of these people act, and yet every time there is a new video that goes viral, in the eyes of the public, I get lumped in with the jackass that does something stupid.
