Nestlé (publiher)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nestl%C3%A9
https://vgcollect.com/item/140123
and this one I had mistakenly credited for Kelloggs:
https://vgcollect.com/item/124502 even if it's from Nestle: http://cerealoffers.com/Cereal_Partners/Cheerios/2000s/Lego_Bionicle_PC_CD_Rom/lego_bionicle_pc_cd_rom.html

I don't think Nestle published Lego Racers. It says "Distributed by The LEGO Group."

Also for the Bionicle CD, it is a music CD that has game data on it. There is no "publisher" for it, if we are to consider labels to be publishers, it would be Universal Music. Do we need to put music labels into the publisher list?

Bionicle is not music CD as there is no music on that disc but a crappy flash game, direct X, quick time, wallpapers and screensaver.

Can QuinRose be added as both a publisher and developer?  They were a company that released visual novels in Japan.

The art on the entry matches to these, which show it as a music CD.
https://www.discogs.com/Barcode-Brothers-Bionicle/release/8404666
https://www.musik-sammler.de/media/439311/

Even the picture on the entry has the Enhanced CD logo, which indicates it is a music CD with a data track readable by a computer.

Milestone S.r.l is listed twice as S.r.l and S.r.L (it should be the former and not the latter)

I had wondered... wouldn't digital games, technically, be published by the platform? In that case, Nintendo would be the publisher. It is a different process than a physical release, where it is the responsibility of the publisher to create the packaging and basically "publishes" the game into the retail market. In digital games, this process is not done, instead the online store (ie Nintendo) is the publisher. Just a thought...

According to the info I've gathered from quite a few sources, Inti Creates is one of those developers that can self-publish on the 3DS eShop at least. This must be due to some agreement with Nintendo.

Yeah I thought about it more. Even on Steam it does show developer and publisher as separate lines. Oh well.
